to Module 2 of our Better Way Pharmacy Growth Series, "From Reaction to Resolution", at Oasis Santurce.

Pharmacists from our network spent the afternoon with facilitator Angiemille Latorre of Seriously Creative. Together, they worked through a structured approach to problem solving rooted in Creative Problem Solving and human-centered design. The goal was simple: to look past the quick fix and address what keeps the fires starting in the first place.

The Growth Series was designed as a working space rather than a lecture hall, where pharmacists build tools they can bring back to their teams. The day closed with a happy hour, giving colleagues time to keep the conversation going.

Thank you to every pharmacist who joined us, and to Angiemille for leading such a practical session.

In the fourth episode of our Oasis Art Program series, Puerto Rican artist Sergio Vázquez, known as Sergio Stuff, shares the story behind his piece at Oasis Santurce.

Born and raised right here in Santurce, Sergio admits his biggest challenge was knowing when to stop. The walls along the staircase looked so good that the real task became finding new spaces where he could keep painting.

For Sergio, the project as a whole speaks to how much talent there truly is in Puerto Rico, and how that talent gives us identity and helps us keep moving forward. Being part of it, he says, is an honor, and a way to keep giving Santurce its identity while helping others see beyond a wall.

This is another glimpse into the stories behind the murals bringing new life to Oasis Santurce.

At our Better Way Pharmacy event, independent pharmacists from across Puerto Rico came together for a workshop on leadership and self-awareness.

"It was not only about the areas we learned about, but recognizing that we all have a little bit of each one" a reflection that stayed with us long after the session ended.

Because Better Way is a commitment to the pharmacists who show up for their neighborhoods every day.

Grateful to Periódico El Adoquín for covering the launch of this season of Oasis Connections.

Former Governor Sila María Calderón opened the program with a conversation on community development, poverty reduction, and entrepreneurship as tools for social and economic progress in Puerto Rico the first of several conversations this season dedicated to the leaders and organizations shaping the third sector's impact across the island.
