When is the BEST time to get adjusted?

The best time to get adjusted is before pain starts controlling your day.

Many people wait until they’re hurting to schedule an appointment, but regular chiropractic care can help keep your spine moving well, reduce tension, and support your body’s ability to handle the physical stress of work, exercise, and everyday life.

Whether you’re:
💼 Sitting at a desk all day
🏋️ Working out after work
👨‍👩‍👧 Busy chasing the kids around
🚗 Commuting through traffic

An adjustment can be the perfect way to reset before heading home—or to prepare your body for the day ahead.

Good news! We know life gets busy, so we’re open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, making it easy to stop by after work without rushing.

Don’t wait until your body demands attention. Give it the care it deserves.

Aging well is not luck. It’s maintenance.

Your spine is the foundation of how you move, adapt, and stay independent over time.
And most spinal problems? They begin quietly — long before pain ever shows up.

Subtle stiffness.
Reduced rotation.
Postural shifts.
Old injuries you’ve “worked around.”

Early detection allows us to identify imbalance before it becomes degeneration.

Chiropractic care isn’t just about relieving pain.
It’s about preserving motion.
Protecting joint health.
Maintaining strength and alignment so you continue to move with confidence — year after year.

Healthy aging isn’t reactive.
It’s proactive.
It’s personalized.
It’s intentional.

Your future mobility is being shaped right now.

✨ If you’re ready to invest in long-term movement and longevity, Call to schedule your initial consultation!

Your spine is the foundation of movement.

Every day, your spine helps support your posture, balance, mobility, and the communication between your brain and body.

When joints become restricted or movement patterns change, your body may compensate, leading to stiffness, tension, discomfort, and reduced performance.

Chiropractic care is designed to help restore proper motion, improve mobility, and support overall spinal health so you can move with greater ease and confidence.

Whether you’re working, exercising, playing sports, or simply enjoying everyday life, a healthy spine can help you stay active and feeling your best.

✨ Better Starts Here.

Your spine absorbs stress every day—from sitting, lifting, commuting, exercising, and simply living life.

Flexion-Distraction Therapy is a gentle chiropractic technique designed to create movement and decompression within the spine. By reducing pressure on spinal discs and supporting healthy spinal motion, many patients experience improved comfort, mobility, and function.

This therapy is commonly used as part of a comprehensive treatment plan for patients experiencing:
• Low back pain
• Sciatica
• Disc-related conditions
• Spinal stiffness
• Reduced mobility

At Aviva Family Chiropractic, we’re committed to helping you restore movement, support nervous system health, and get back to doing the things you love.
