I never imagined I would write these words, but today I am a mother begging for help to save my child.

My son, Khaled Ahmed Mansour, is in critical condition after a devastating accident. A metal rod pierced his chest, and he urgently needs life-saving surgery. Every minute matters.

I have already lost my husband… and now I am watching my son fight between life and death, completely helpless.
