My brain has been running marathons in my sleep since I was ten years old. But recently, that "marathon brain" became a serious health risk. I decided to run an experiment to reset my "GABA-Glutamate" balance.

The answer wasn't in trying harder to sleep—it was in biologically silencing the noise.
