Good morning! For those who have been following along… Laura is going on leave due to her surgery soon!! Time to add new classes to the schedule 🙂

Every Monday at 18:15 starting today
Yin yoga class with Lynn to relax and unwind for the evening 🧘‍♀️😴

Every Thursday at 9:00 starting on the 19th
Flex and mobility with Shayna

Tone your body with a blend of classical ballet techniques, pilates, yoga, stretching and calisthenics. This low impact workout will build muscular endurance and stabilization through ballet-inspired positions and exercises.
