First retreat back ✨

I won’t lie… I wasn’t sure I was ready. 2 years of surgery, recovery, and becoming a different version of myself will do that to you. But this week reminded me exactly why I do this.

The guests were incredible. The space at was everything. And having .therapy.by.elle by my side made it feel like home.

This was my first retreat since my injury. It won’t be the last.

Honestly? I feel like 2026 is going to be an amazing year… filled with retreats, events and collaborations. Already working on so much behind the scenes. 💙

I’ve been teaching again for a couple of weeks now…
and honestly, my heart is so full.

Seeing so many familiar faces back on the mat means more than I can put into words.
