It really does feel as though summer has arrived. The sunshine always seems to bring a little more energy and motivation to get moving and spend time looking after ourselves.
This week's spotlight is Friday morning Slow Flow and Stretch.
This is a slower paced class where movement is linked with the breath, giving you time to stretch, lengthen, and release tension without feeling rushed from one pose to the next.
Many people spend so much of their week hurrying from one thing to another. This class is a chance to slow things down for an hour, move mindfully, and leave feeling looser, lighter, and more comfortable in your body.
As with all my classes, the focus is not on complicated poses or pushing harder. It is simply about moving in a way that feels good and helping the body stay mobile, strong, and healthy.
