It can be yin like 13+ minutes a pose or faster than Ashtanga rocket. Flow like vinyasa or study disciplined and dissected like Iyengar. Sometimes may not seem yoga at all, bringing anything from acro, capoeira, kung fu, taichi, breakdance... to the mix. My approach on Yoga follows no style but one (ekam) that takes from (and gives) everything and stays as one (EkHae), meaning yoga as union with o

neself and with the others, none with the whole and the absolute, meditating in the void of the infinite instant. I'm a harsh teacher that will get you throught the path of blood, sweat and tears to your inner self. And there will be serenity. But no matter what, there's always some space for fun. Even if my acro classes take very serious on the subject. For the plays, we will meet at the jams. I also use Thai massage and therapeutic flights as healing arts. Commitment is how to commit it.
