LI 11 is the BEST point to clear internal or external Heat anywhere in the body!
Great for fever, excess heat, hives, sore throat, and smelly bowel movement.
As a Ghost point it’s used for patients who like to be in control, and get diarrhea or suffer from IBS when they feel out of control.

The 8 Confluent Points
These acupuncture points connect the main meridians with the 8 extraordinary vessels, and therefore are connected to Essence. Also pairing 2 of these points can help treat disorders of different areas of the body, balance reproductive hormones, treat women's disorders and mental health issues! I often use Lu 7 (R) and Kd 6 (L) with SP 4 (R) and PC 6 (L) to balance female reproductive hormones, regulate menstrual cycle and aid in ovulation. WOW! I love to pair these points in my practice

Its little sensitive because it's located on the tip of the nose!
It's used for rhinitis, sinusitis and nosebleed. It raises Yang and restores Qi for those who lost consciousness. It lowers the desire to drink alcohol for those who are addicted. And it clears Lung Heat for Rosacea.

LV 14 (Qi Men or Cycle Gate, also known as Gate of Hope) is a great acupuncture point to open the diaphragm for nausea, acid regurgitation, vomiting, hypochondriac pain, Gallstones pain, and hepatitis. It is the Front-Mu point of the Liver, which make it perfect for liver issues, depression, Lv Qi stagnation, and anger/irritability. It's also used for febrile diseases.
