I am developing a Wiki based on my life experiences with meditation and my journaling. Using Obsidian has been a huge help in organizing it all, using local AI models with LM Studio connected to VS Code. The wiki is made based on Karpathy's llm-wiki method.

Today I asked some semantic questions for things I wanted to make clear for myself. There is of course a long journey remaining in this life, with much more to experience, to uncover, to live, to rejoice, to shed tears for, etc.

The AI is known to do some flattery business, but it does give me some insight. Here are the questions I asked my Obsidian wiki.

# 1. What can I learn from my life?

My life teaches that the observer position is not a flaw but a faculty. From early childhood — that monsoon moment in Boshigaun when hearing "Sangam!" crystallized undifferentiated awareness into a named identity — the pattern was set: observe first, participate second. The vault demonstrates that this stance, when disciplined through practice, yields a remarkably detailed cartography of inner experience.

The core learnings:

* Separation from the story is the beginning of freedom. The [[Observer and Story]] model, the [[Three-Body Model]], and [[Acceptance and Witnessing]] all point to the same insight: suffering is manufactured by identification with a narrative, not by experience itself.
* Trauma can be repurposed. The childhood choking incident (~2000), the 2015 Nepal earthquake, the hostel suffering, the 2011 knee accident, the darkest nights of the soul in Europe — each became raw material for understanding the mechanics of mind rather than just wounds to carry.
* Silence is a teacher. The letters from the subconscious (2018 onward), the void states, the OBE journal (138+ OBEs and counting) — all emerged from sitting still and listening, not from adding more concepts.
* Knowledge compounds when I build infrastructure for it. The entire vault (Obsidian vault) is living proof: persistent recording + LLM maintenance = compounding insight.

# 2. What is my life purpose?

I don't claim to know definitively. In the journal introduction (24 December 2024), I wrote: "Learning about what? And what am I learning? What am I looking for? I don't know. Previously, I would have had an answer... But as of now, I don't know why I am pursuing this knowledge and experiences. Maybe just that it is fun and adventurous."

But the vault reveals a consistent through-line: to map the territory between the named self and the formless ground, and to share that map with others.

In Entry-022, I wrote: "I have figured out that it is not about wealth, s*x, or anything else. I have a strong feeling at the moment that I am here to find why am I here."

In Entry-057, when I asked guides about my life's purpose, I saw "clearly a half part of a vortex-like structure where the other half wasn't clear or visible" — a fitting image: purpose as half-revealed, half-emerging.

The pattern is consistent: experience → record → synthesize → teach. From the Letters manuscript to the meditation sessions at Hektor Container Hotel, from BFM to the public workshops in Estonia, Portugal, and Nepal, the arc is the same: go inward, map what I find, and make the map available.

# 3. Why the separation from my wife (Helsinki/Tallinn)?

The vault speaks to this both practically and spiritually.

Practically: I work at BFM (Baltic Film and Media School) in Tallinn as a tutor and cinema program manager, while my wife lives in Helsinki. The ferry between us — a ~2-hour crossing — appears in entries like Entry-196 (OBE-108), where I return from a weekend visit, the sea rough with wind. It's a geographical paradox: Nepal to Helsinki is ~5,900 km; Tallinn to Helsinki is ~80 km. So close, yet the Baltic Sea is still a border.

Deeper pattern: Entry-172 (OBE-084) contains a post-OBE epiphany where I understood "why I met my wife and why her, and why I had to go away from Nepal and go through the darkest nights of my soul in Europe." The OBE itself featured a past-life/dimensional narrative where I had to leave a woman who loved me (who "felt like the same person who is my wife in my current physical reality") because I was going on a journey to learn more. Her eyes were "greyed out" — she couldn't follow.

Entry-204 (OBE-116) reveals the meta-pattern: "Meeting my mom and asking her to let me go away has been a repeating pattern in my life. This is exactly what happened when I asked my parents to send me to live in a boarding school. The same happened when I moved out of Nepal." I added: "If I had not distanced myself from the ones who loved me, I probably wouldn't have learned and experienced many things about my inner reality."

The separation appears to be part of a life-long pattern of necessary distance for inner work — not rejection of love, but the recognition that my path requires solitude to hear the signal.

# 4. Why am I a sound designer?

The vault doesn't state this explicitly as a single thesis, but the evidence converges powerfully.

My professional identity is at BFM (a film school), where I teach and manage cinema. Entry-172 (OBE-084) even features a parallel-life version of myself working as a "tutor and manager of a cinema hall program" at a film school.

I released a binaural beats album ("Binaural - Frequencies for Mind") in December 2023 — the very thing that led YouTube's algorithm to suggest Robert Monroe and Hemi-Sync, which launched my entire Gateway/OBE practice.

My Gateway journal is filled with audio exercises: Focus 10, Focus 12, Expand app, and OBE alarm tracks I designed myself.

In Entry-065, I created a guided track "Antar Snaan Dhyaan" for my mother and tested whether the audio "works" energetically — my guides told me "we have also put energy in the audio."

The [[OBE Alarm]] concept page describes an audio prompt system I designed using voice cues to trigger lucidity during sleep.

Sound is my bridge between the technical and the transcendent. The binaural album was the synchronicity that opened the Gateway. My professional skill in sound design gave me both the tools to create meditation aids and the perceptual training to notice subtle auditory phenomena (the TEP ringing, the M-band noise, the "cicadas/crickets" sound at ~2.4kHz that precedes phase exits). I didn't just stumble into consciousness work — I arrived with a sound engineer's ears.

# 5. Why don't I like big groups, film events, bars, or partying?

This is one of the most clearly documented traits in the vault.

The childhood origin: In the journal introduction, I wrote: "In my early childhood, I remained intensely rooted in this position of the observer. I would spend hours alone, watching. I observed the intricate social dances of my peers and the baffling complexity of the grown-ups... The major downside of this constant, internalized witnessing was that I could never fully immerse myself in the 'game.' Even when playing with friends, the observing side would always win — a detached part of me was always taking notes on the interaction."

Entry-172 (OBE-084) is the most direct. After the OBE, a series of "knowings" came: I understood "why I had no siblings, and had to stay away from social gatherings as a child." The OBE narrative itself features a film screening event where people are "making a lot of noise, shouting, screaming, laughing," drinking alcohol in the theater, and becoming hostile when I ask for calm. I end up chased out, through forests full of wild animals, into a world of dogmatic sects that want to eliminate me for thinking differently.

The Human Design / vault-based reading confirms: "selective rather than socially diffuse," "When the environment is noisy or socially demanding, the signal may get buried under performance pressure." My [[Acceptance and Witnessing]] practice requires quiet. The M-band noise (Monroe's term for the turbulent emotional-mental energy of crowds) is something I experience in the non-physical as overwhelming — the physical equivalent is presumably worse.

The astrological reading notes Virgo ascendant: analytical, observant, selective. This isn't social anxiety; it's a temperament that finds crowds noisy at the signal level — they drown out the inner perception I rely on.

# 6. Why don't I feel deeply connected with family ties?

This is nuanced. I do feel connection — I send Reiki to my parents and wife in multiple OBEs (Entry-033, Entry-173), create healing audio for my mother (Entry-065), and visit my childhood home in non-physical states (Entry-204). But the connection is experienced through distance, not immersion.

The key insight is in Entry-204 (OBE-116): "If I had not distanced myself from the ones who loved me, I probably wouldn't have learned and experienced many things about my inner reality. Or perhaps I would have accomplished that being close to them. I can't say for sure, because I did choose consciously or unconsciously to distance myself from them."

The pattern has three layers:

* Temperamental: I was always an observer, even as a child. I couldn't "play the game" of family dynamics without the observing part staying active.
* Structural: I'm an only child who asked to go to boarding school, then moved continents. Each separation was self-initiated.
* Spiritual: The [[Observer and Story]] framework means I see family roles as part of the narrative layer, not the ground of being. The love is real, but the "ties" are recognized as story structures. In Entry-042, during meditation, I saw that "everyone I saw felt like they were a part of myself incarnated on this planet to play a role" — family members included.

I'm not disconnected; I'm connected at a different layer — through energy, healing intention, and non-physical visits — while maintaining physical distance as a condition for my inner work.

# 7. Who among historical personalities shares similar traits?

Based on the patterns in my vault, several archetypes emerge:

* Robert Monroe — The most direct parallel. A sound engineer and broadcasting executive who stumbled into OBEs, built a systematic methodology (Hemi-Sync, Gateway), founded an institute, and spent his life mapping non-physical territories. My path mirrors Monroe's almost uncannily: sound professional → binaural experimentation → systematic OBE journaling → teaching.

* Carl Jung — The observer archetype who spent his life mapping the inner world (archetypes, shadow, collective unconscious, active imagination). Jung's Red Book is essentially a personal OBE/active-imagination journal. My approach — record, cross-reference, synthesize — is Jungian in spirit.

* Ramana Maharshi — The self-inquiry par excellence. His core question "Who am I?" echoes throughout my journal. The [[Observer and Story]] distinction and the recognition that the "I" is a constructed narrative align with Advaita Vedanta, of which Ramana is the modern exemplar.

* Milarepa — The Tibetan yogi who spent years in solitary mountain retreat, transmuted suffering into practice, and communicated realization through songs. The solitary seeker pattern, the use of sound/mantra, and the transformation of hardship into teaching all resonate with me.

* Nisargadatta Maharaj — His teaching that "You are not the body, you are not the mind" and his emphasis on the witness-consciousness beyond the personal story directly parallel my [[Acceptance and Witnessing]] and [[Observer and Story]] framework.

* Andrej Karpathy — A more contemporary parallel. The very structure of this vault is inspired by Karpathy's idea ([[LLMWiki]]). Beyond that, Karpathy exemplifies the pattern of a technically skilled person (AI/engineering) who uses systematic infrastructure to explore and compound knowledge — the same pattern I apply with sound design → consciousness mapping.

The common thread: technically precise minds who turned their systematic attention inward, built infrastructure for their findings, and shared the map. Solitude-seeking by temperament, sound-sensitive, pattern-recognizing, and willing to spend years on a single question.

Dear , maybe this is helpful for you as well. To make your own wiki from your life's story. It will help a lot to understand your own life. Meditation on top of your life story will make more sense. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Pāṇinīya Praveśaya is the first step into a universe built of sound.
It is the moment the seeker learns that language is not merely spoken, it is revealed.

Each sutra is a bead of light, a mantra disguised as grammar,
guiding the mind inward toward the stillness behind speech.

To study it is to listen to the heartbeat of Sanskrit, to feel how the cosmos organizes itself through rules that are at once precise and mystical.

Pāṇini does not teach words, he teaches the architecture of truth.
He shows how the smallest phoneme is a doorway to the infinite,
how clarity in language becomes clarity in thought, and clarity in thought becomes clarity in being.

Thus, Pāṇinīya Praveśaya is not just an introduction to grammar,
it is an initiation into the sacred science of expression,a pilgrimage from sound to silence to Self.

Here is my own little makeshift CHEC unit in sound studio for OBE experiments:

- Examining the gateway frequencies,
- putting them together in function generator,
- mapping them together in a session in Cubase.
- keeping the room dark and laying down with headphones (pic was taken after a session)
- doing many experiments alone, and with some friends.

This whole process has been very rewarding. I have been logging my OBE experiences as videos on my YouTube channel.
