After several years working in Singapore and Japan, I’ve returned to Europe and am now welcoming clients to my private practice here in Portugal.
I support parents through the emotional and practical transitions of early parenthood — from pregnancy through the early years.
My work brings together:
• Maternal mental health support
• Parent coaching
• Lactation support (IBCLC)
• Hypnotherapy
With an MSc in Psychology and a strong background in perinatal mental health, I offer a space that is evidence-based, compassionate, and deeply respectful of each family’s unique path.
Sessions are available online worldwide and in person in Portugal.
