Both guided by senior Tergar Guides Kunsang Palmo and Holger Yeshe, these retreats invite you to explore meditation through space for immersion to practice, silence, personal guidance, and direct experience. You are welcome to attend either retreat independently or participate in both for a longer period of deepening your practice.
