For 11 years, Unipartner has been moving forward with a clear purpose: helping organizations turn challenges into progress through technology, expertise and innovation. This purpose has guided us as we have delivered high-quality projects, strengthened trusted relationships and created meaningful impact for our clients. 🚀

Our anniversary was the perfect opportunity to take a moment to celebrate how far we have come as one Unipartner team, while also looking ahead with ambition to everything we still want to achieve
To mark this special moment, we brought our people together for a sunset by the sea, creating time to connect, step away from our daily routines and enjoy some well-deserved time together. 🌅

That journey has always been a collective one. It has been shaped by the talent and commitment of our people, as well as by the trust of the clients, partners, academic institutions and organizations that continue to trust and work alongside us. 🤝

That’s a wrap on the Unipartner Summer Academy 2026! 🚀
After months of learning, new challenges, collaboration, and growth, another inspiring edition has come to an end.

This year’s edition brought together more than 15 mentees and mentors across different business and technology areas, giving our mentees the opportunity to step beyond the classroom and experience consulting and technology first-hand.

Throughout the summer, they contributed to over 20 projects and initiatives, working alongside Unipartner teams and gaining hands-on experience with real business challenges. For many, this was their first opportunity to contribute to real projects for some of the largest organizations, putting their knowledge into practice while developing new technical and professional skills. 💡

To mark the end of the Academy, each mentee shared a reflection on their journey, highlighting the projects, initiatives, contributions, challenges, and key learnings that shaped their experience and the impact they created along the way.

The session also included a closing message from our President & CEO, Fernando Reino da Costa, together with Francisco Gomes, COO & People Managing Partner, encouraging mentees to remain adaptable, continuously learn, and take an active role in shaping the future of work in an AI-driven world.

Congratulations to all our mentees on everything you have achieved, and a huge thank you to our mentors and everyone who contributed to making this experience possible. 🏆

At Unipartner, we believe our success is measured not only by what we achieve as a company, but also by the positive impact we create in the communities around us. While our mission is to empower organizations to grow, transform, and reach their full potential, we are equally committed to making a meaningful difference beyond the workplace. ✨

As part of our Social Responsibility commitment and our long-standing partnership with the Centro Social e Paroquial Nossa Senhora de Porto Salvo, we recently came together for another volunteering initiative supporting an organization that plays an important role in the wellbeing and development of local children and families.

This time, our Summer Academy mentees and mentors joined forces to repair walls and give new colour to classrooms and communal areas used every day by children and educators. Beyond contributing to the renovation of these spaces, the activity gave our mentees the opportunity to experience first-hand what it means to give back to the community and turn purpose into action. 🎨

While the main goal was to support the institution and the families it serves, the experience also brought people together around a shared cause, creating space to connect, collaborate and strengthen relationships along the way. 🤝

The greatest reward is knowing that the children returned to renewed spaces filled with more colour, care and inspiration, creating a more welcoming environment where they can learn, play and grow! 🌱

Our mentees stepped out of their usual routines to meet colleagues across Unipartner, ask questions, and discover different perspectives and experiences across the company.

The real value came from what happened along the way: they took the initiative to start conversations, connect with new people, and make the most of each interaction. 🤝

With technology evolving so quickly, the work we do is increasingly present in people’s daily lives, often in ways they may not even notice. From managing projects and teams to improving digital experiences, supporting public services and helping clients move forward, our teams contribute to solutions that create real impact and make everyday interactions simpler, more accessible and more efficient.
