The Unipartner team came together for our Annual Company Meeting, united around a shared vision: “Leading New Horizons Together with AI.”

In a business landscape increasingly shaped by Artificial Intelligence and continuous transformation, our meeting provided an important opportunity to share perspectives, reinforce our strategic direction, and align on the priorities that will guide us forward. 🚀

Through the vision shared by Fernando Reino da Costa, President & CEO of Unipartner, we reaffirmed our strategic priorities for the year ahead. These include the continued evolution of our organizational model, a stronger focus on client proximity, greater autonomy across teams, enhanced operational efficiency, and the growing role of UAIA - Unipartner’s AI Academy, in strengthening our Artificial Intelligence capabilities, delivering value not only internally but also to our clients and partners.

We were pleased to welcome Andres Ortolá, General Manager at Microsoft, and Bernardo Caldas, Data & AI Leader at Mollie. Their insights highlighted how AI is no longer in a phase of experimentation and that the race to value has begun, with organizations moving towards new operating models built around human and AI collaboration. Through concrete examples across science, commerce, and business, they showed how AI is already reshaping how value is created, from redefining how companies grow to enabling new ways of engaging with customers.
The challenge is no longer only technological but also organizational, requiring a shift from a task driven mindset to true ownership of business problems, where AI becomes a tool that amplifies human capability rather than replacing it! This is a shift that demands a clear and practical path forward, from using AI as a thinking partner to delegating work and enabling autonomous agents, reinforcing that real impact comes from embedding these capabilities into day to day operations at scale 💡

The event also provided a platform to showcase key focus areas and client success stories that reflect the expertise we continue to develop and the impact we deliver across industries and projects. A special moment was dedicated to recognising outstanding contributions across the organization, celebrating the commitment, talent, and achievements that drive our success. 🏆

At Portugal Smart Cities Summit 2026, leading public sector voices came together to discuss how cities can transform data into real operational value. 💡

Fernando Reino da Costa, Unipartner’s CEO and President, joined Vasco Anjos (Lisbon’s City Councillor), Rodrigo Passos (Porto’s City Councillor), and Paulo Cavaleiro (Member of the Portuguese Parliament and President of the Committee on Culture, Communication, Youth and Sport) for the session “Digital Transformation & Data for the City”.

Unipartner supported another edition of the Portugal Smart Cities Summit 2026, contributing to one of the country’s leading platforms shaping the future of cities and public services. ✨
Over three days, the conversation focused on how cities are evolving, with data and Artificial Intelligence playing a decisive role in enabling better decisions, stronger connectivity, and more citizen-centric services.

This year’s Summit brought together key voices from across the public sector, including Gonçalo Saraiva Matias (Portuguese Minister for State Reform), Carlos Moedas (Lisbon’s Mayor), Isaltino Morais (Oeiras’s Mayor), Manuel Dias (CTO of the State & President at ARTE) and other leading mayors, government representatives, and decision-makers.

At our stand, we showcased how our Conversational AI Agent can be applied across public sector organizations to transform citizen services at scale. 💡
