Projeto aprovado: ARIA — Assistência Relacional e Inteligência Automatizada

A Braining viu aprovada a sua candidatura (com mérito máximo - 5/5) à linha “IA nas PME”, destinada à criação do ARIA, um Assistente Virtual de Inteligência Artificial que pretende melhorar o atendimento ao cliente e tornar o trabalho da empresa mais rápido, simples e organizado. O objetivo é aumentar o autoatendimento e a produtividade, melhorar a qualidade documental e reforçar a conformidade com o RGPD.

O projeto ARIA — Assistência Relacional e Inteligência Automatizada é apoiado pelo Mecanismo de Recuperação e Resiliência da Comissão Europeia, no âmbito do Plano de Recuperação e Resiliência, financiado pela União Europeia — NextGenerationEU.

Every day, patients are discharged based on assessments that appear complete: stable vitals, acceptable results, no immediate concerns.

Yet, beneath the surface, critical risk factors can remain unseen.

Too often, discharge decisions are made without a complete understanding of the patient’s risk profile, leading to preventable readmissions and added pressure on care teams.

At Braining, we’re redefining how risk is understood.

We were at the competition: What The Health – Circuito Norte!

A 48-hour case study hackathon that brings together students from health and engineering to solve a challenge presented by Braining.
It was inspiring to see so many teams working at the intersection of healthcare and technology.

As the main partner, we were proud to actively contribute to this experience.

Nuno Almeida led a workshop on pitching ideas and was part of the jury panel in the final project evaluations. Joana Santos supported teams as a mentor throughout the competition.

A special thanks to Leonor Fernandes and her team for her great work in organizing the event and for her collaboration along the way!

Congratulations to the winning teams and thank you to everyone who took part in this intense and inspiring experience. 👏
