I’m making a little change to my 7pm class. 💛

I want Pilates and movement to feel accessible to everyone, so this class will now be even gentler, slower and more relaxing.

Gentle Pilates & Relaxation will focus on simple, comfortable movements to help with mobility, flexibility and keeping the body moving, followed by time to slow down and relax — all accompanied by gentle music. 🎶🌿

It’s perfect if you’re looking for something softer, are returning to exercise, find regular Pilates a little too challenging, or simply want a calm and gentle way to move your body.

You don’t have to be flexible.
You don’t have to be fit.
You just have to come as you are. 💛

I’m really pleased to be introducing my Senior Strength & Stability classes at Casa Ponte Sertã. 💚

These gentle, supportive classes are designed to help you maintain strength, improve balance, mobility and stability, and feel more confident with everyday movement.

Exercises can be performed seated on a chair, with options to suit different abilities, so you can work at a level that feels comfortable for you.

Our Family Bounce & Boogie Club is the perfect place for children to:
