We’re so happy to welcome Emily and Wild Thing Retreats back to Adamãe this October.

For six days, you’ll be invited to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and settle into the rhythm of nature. Expect daily yoga, swims in the sea and the lake, walks along the wild coast, nourishing food, deep rest, and space to simply be.

No rush. No pressure. Just time to breathe, move, reconnect, and remember what it feels like to feel at home in yourself.

One of the greatest privileges of what we do is collaborating with people who lead their work with integrity, humility and deep respect for the people they hold space for.
This retreat was a beautiful reminder that when everyone shares the same values, something truly special unfolds.

One month has passed since our Dao of Yoga Immersion, and we’re still feeling the ripple effect. Coming together to practice, to learn, to share, and to experience true community was such a gift. Still integrating everything we learned and cultivated together. Showing up to life with honour, respect, gratitude and devotion. A special thank you to our teacher and dear friend, Rafael Chaman.
