A 43 year old lady,... pregnant after 5 years of infertility, she started crying from happiness when she heard fetal heart beats on ultrasound.
حالة اليوم.. سيدة عمرها 43 سنة وبعد خمس سنوات من تأخر الحمل.. أكرمها الله بالحمل. ومن فرحتها بكت عند سماع دقات قلب الجنين أثناء التصوير

4 key foods in pregnancy:
1- Sugar.. The high blood sugar in maternal blood makes the baby more volnerable to be affected by Diabetes later in life.
2-Choline: present in eggs. It is essential for formation of fetal brain.
3- Protein: loss of protein during pregnancy may make the baby small in size even later in life.
4- Omega-3: it is essential for brain formation.. and it was noticed that Omega-3during pregancy may increase the IQ of the babies.

أربع أغذية مؤثرة خلال الحمل:
١-السكر : كلما كان مرتفعا في دم الحامل كلما كان المولود عرضة للاصابة بالسكري فيما بعد.
٢- الكولين: موجود في البيض(صفار البيض)؛ يساهم في تشكيل دماغ الجنين و التشابكات العصبية.
٣-البروتين: لوحظ ان نقص البروتين عندالحامل قد يؤدي الى صغر حجم الجنين وقد يؤدي الى صغر حجم الجسم فيما بعد..
٤- أوميغا-3 : ضروري لتكوين الدماغ عند الجنين، وقد لوحظ أنه يزيد معدلات الذكاء IQ لاحقا في الحياة.
