WE ARE HIRING | MEDICAL TOURISM COORDINATOR

Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 4,500 total package, including allowances
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

We are looking for a Medical Tourism Coordinator to join our team in Al Khobar.

The ideal candidate should be professional, well-organized, confident in communication, and capable of coordinating patients and healthcare services efficiently.

Responsibilities include:
• Coordinating medical tourism enquiries and patient requirements
• Communicating with patients and healthcare providers
• Arranging consultations, appointments, treatments, and follow-ups
• Coordinating with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and other service providers
• Assisting patients with travel, accommodation, transportation, and related arrangements
• Following up with patients throughout their medical journey
• Maintaining proper records and ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination
• Handling phone, WhatsApp, and other patient enquiries professionally

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Professional attitude and customer-service mindset
• Previous experience in healthcare, medical tourism, hospital coordination, or patient services will be an advantage
