يُعد فحص الثلث الأول من الحمل من أهم الفحوصات التي تُجرى بين الأسبوع 11 والأسبوع 13 + 6 أيام، ويشمل تقييم نمو الجنين وقياس بعض المؤشرات المهمة، مثل:

✅ قياس طول الجنين (CRL) لتحديد عمر الحمل بدقة.
✅ قياس الشفافية القفوية (NT).
✅ تقييم وجود عظم الأنف (Nasal Bone).
✅ المساعدة في تقييم خطر بعض الاضطرابات الكروموسومية، مثل متلازمة داون.
✅ المساعدة في تقييم خطر الإصابة بتسمم الحمل.

📅 إجراء هذا الفحص في الوقت المناسب يساعد على وضع خطة متابعة مناسبة للحمل منذ بدايته.

First Trimester Screening, performed between 11 weeks and 13 weeks + 6 days, is one of the most important assessments in early pregnancy.

It includes:

• Accurate pregnancy dating using Crown-Rump Length (CRL).
• Measurement of Nuchal Translucency (NT).
• Assessment of the Nasal Bone (NB).
• Evaluation of the risk of certain chromosomal abnormalities, including Down syndrome.
• Assessment of the risk of preeclampsia.

Early screening provides valuable information to guide pregnancy care from the very beginning.
