Some attended all four sessions, while others joined one, two, or three—but each brought a unique presence, depth, and commitment to learning, sharing, and growing together.

🕊️ Workshop Overview:
We have all experienced loss and heartbreak. Grief is not only a powerful emotion—it is an intrinsic part of being human. Yet, many of us are poorly informed on how to navigate it. Intellectual understanding alone is not enough. If we do not learn how to embrace grief, it may harden and congeal, closing our hearts and disconnecting us from the deep sorrows of the world.

In this experiential session, we will explore how pain and sorrow can be metabolized into something medicinal for our souls and communities. This journey may help us become wise ancestors who make it safe for future generations to grieve and live fully.

Participants will engage in psychodrama techniques through the Tele'Drama method, involving themselves in exercises that foster understanding of relational dynamics, vulnerability, and emotional healing—within the safety and confidentiality of a respectful virtual environment.
