🇷🇴 De ce avem in cabinet doua ladite cu nisip? De ce avem o ladita cu nisip uscat si una cu nisip umed?
Unul dintre multele motive este ca pacientii, copii sau adulti au libertatea de a lucra in oricare dintre nisipuri si aceasta alegere are caracter diagnostic.
De ce este necesar ca nisipul sa fie in ambele ladite netezit, ca o foaie, ca si cm pacientul este primul care il va atinge?
Pentru ca astfel spatiul laditei si masa nisipului permit cele mai "curate" proiectii. Acest aspect "virgin" al laditei cu nisip este parte din principiul nondirectivitatii. Pacientul poate folosi nisipul pentru a crea forme, poate sa il foloseasca doar ca suport pentru miniaturi sau il poate folosi pentru a-si linisti sistemul nervos sau pentru a-l stimula.
Ce nisip foloseste si ce face cu el este profund graitor pentru starea pacientului si pentru potentialul de vindecare si dezvoltare.

Why do we have two sandboxes in the office? Why do we have one with dry sand and one with wet sand? One of the many reasons is that patients, children or adults, have the freedom to work in either sand, and this choice is diagnostic. Why is it necessary for the sand in both boxes to be smooth, like a sheet, as if the patient is the first to touch it? Because this way the space of the box and the mass of the sand allow for the "cleanest" projections. This "virgin" aspect of the sandbox is part of the principle of nondirectivity. The patient can use the sand to create shapes, can use it only as a support for miniatures, or can use it to calm his nervous system or to stimulate it. What sand he uses and what he does with it is deeply telling about the patient's condition and the potential for healing and development.
