Holistic remedies • Baby tips • DIYs • Recipes • dōTERRA EO & handcrafted botanical oils. I have been working in the Heath & Care sector for 3 years in the UK. Firstly, I started as a Support Worker and as a Mental Health Nurse Assistant. Finally, I got my diploma recognised by HCPC as a Physiotherapist and I have started my journey as a Physio now in the UK. I have always liked to treat my patien

ts with a Holistic approach, most importantly, improving physical performance without neglecting to treat our sometimes... or always complicated minds. I feel rewarded when I can help people with their pain management and I strongly believe in the power of the plants & aromatherapy. My aim is to inspire everyone to be more mindful with the use of aromatherapy, crystal healing & manual therapy. Every health condition is co-related to an emotion, trauma or behavioural patterns. It makes total sense to treat mind & body together. Keep that in mind while using my homemade naturally infused oils. Make everyday count with more quality of life!!!

Today is a very big day for our family. ❤️

Orlando had the choice of starting at a bilingual school, but he made the brave decision to go to a Romanian school instead.

The thing is… he doesn’t speak Romanian yet.

And somehow, he is completely calm and confident about it. While I’m over here feeling nervous enough for both of us! 😂

I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how proud I am of him. Starting over in a new country is already a huge change, but choosing to step into a completely new language and trust yourself enough to do it… that takes real courage.

I’m also going to miss him terribly around our little place. He’s not only such a wonderful big brother to Noah, but also such a great help to us and amazing company. Our days just won’t feel quite the same without him here.

Today, I’m watching my boy take a huge step towards becoming even more independent, resilient and confident.

Go shine, Orlando. ❤️ We’re all behind you.

Have you ever had to start something completely new, especially in a language you didn’t speak? Tell me about it in the comments. 👇

Noah is at that beautiful stage where EVERYTHING is an experiment. 😂

💦 Filling his wee bucket with water all by himself
🚗 Carefully taking his car down the ramp I made him… then suddenly grabbing the tray and shaking it like a madman 🤣
🖊️ Attempting some serious pen and paper work…
🤐 Opening zips like he’s been doing it forever
🍗 Enjoying a good drumstick like a little pro
🏖️ And having the best time playing alongside big brother with the leftover sand from our concrete work.

It’s the simple things, isn’t it? Watching him figure things out, copy his big brother and turn absolutely anything into play. ❤️

Why do we so easily decide that some people are better than others?

I don’t go to church, but I believe compassion, kindness and respect should be reflected in the way we treat people, not just in the words we say or the places we worship.

Every person deserves dignity.

And no ethnicity owns kindness. No nationality owns honesty. No culture has a monopoly on being “good.”

There are kind people and cruel people, generous people and selfish people, honest people and dishonest people in every ethnic group, every country and every community.

I’ve had good experiences with Roma people: people who were kind, respectful and humble. Yet I’ve also seen how quickly an entire community can be reduced to stereotypes because of the actions of a few.

I saw something similar in Brazil when I worked in the favelas. Behind the label, behind the poverty, behind the circumstances, were people. Families. Parents. Children. People with dreams, humour, kindness and dignity.

Poverty doesn’t make someone less worthy.

Being born into fewer opportunities doesn’t make someone less capable.

And someone’s ethnicity certainly doesn’t determine their character.

History, discrimination and lack of opportunity can shape people’s lives in ways that outsiders don’t always see. It’s very easy to judge someone when you’ve never had to walk the road they were given.

And if you believe in God, then surely every human being is worthy of compassion… not only the ones who look, live or think like you.

Maybe before judging an entire group of people, we should ask ourselves one simple question:

Would I still judge them if I had been born into their life instead of mine?

We don’t have to agree with everyone. We don’t have to pretend that bad behaviour doesn’t exist.

But we can stop confusing someone’s circumstances with their worth.

If you agree that people should be not judged by their ethnicity, nationality or social status… please share this.

Meet Charlie 🐱… the little kitten with a moustache and a very important mission… terrorising Orlando! 😂

With Noah, she’s the sweetest little angel. 🥹 She sits calmly beside him as if butter wouldn’t melt…

But the second Orlando appears? 😳
ATTACK MODE: ON. 😂

She charges at him, jumps ridiculously high and goes straight for his legs, while Orlando screams like he’s fighting for his life! 🤣

And she reminds me so much of Porridge, not because they behave alike, but simply because they’re both gorgeous little black-and-white cats. 🖤🤍

Is Charlie actually playing… or does she have a personal vendetta against Orlando? 😂👇

From THIS… to THIS! 🏚️➡️🏡

When we first started, the house was full of dirt and old furniture… it was hard to imagine what it could become.

Now look at it!
Concrete poured throughout, windows closed, a wall knocked down, and the entrance completely changed creating a new doorway where there wasn’t one before.

We’re still a long way from finished, but seeing these changes makes all the hard work worth it. ❤️

And luckily, hubby had this portrait video from the beginning, because I thought I didn’t have one! 😂

Would you have taken on a project like this? Follow along and watch us turn this old house into our home. 👇

POV: You thought it was quartz… but it’s actually rock salt. 🧂🪨✨

Most of you voted quartz in my story poll… but the correct answer was raw rock salt! 😂

This giant piece came straight from the source, and before we can use it in the kitchen, hubby had to break it into smaller chunks. 💪 Even my eldest wanted to have a go!

Once it’s broken, it still looks like beautiful natural crystals. ✨

Why I love using raw rock salt:

* 🧂 Minimally processed and straight from nature.
* 🍳 Perfect for everyday cooking with a pure, natural taste.
* 💧 Mixed with warm water, it also makes a simple salt soak. We recently used it on Noah’s inflamed finger, and it helped reduce the swelling and soothe the area.

Sometimes the simplest natural remedies are the ones we reach for first. 🌿

Did you guess rock salt, or were you team quartz? Let me know in the comments! 👇

We’ve reached another BIG milestone inside the house! 🏡✨

This is an old house that was never finished, and we’re slowly giving it a whole new life. ❤️

Concrete is down throughout, a window has been closed, the new entrance is taking shape, and we’ve been completely reworking the layout: walls coming down, doors being closed and new ones opening where the bathroom will be. 🚪🧱

I wish I had a video of how it looked before… it was full of dirt, broken glass, stones and even old clothes! 😳 But we do have the before footage… it was filmed landscape for our YouTube channel, so you’ll be able to see the full transformation from the very beginning there. 🎥

It’s amazing how different the space already feels… and this is only the beginning! 🥹🏡

Follow along as we turn this unfinished old house into our forever home. ❤️👇

🚜 Now THAT was a pro job! 👏

Getting that digger back onto the truck from the top garden looked like a serious challenge — forward, backwards, forward again… 😅 But he knew exactly what he was doing all along!

Smooth, controlled and seriously impressive. What a pro! 💪🚜

Would you have trusted yourself to do that? 😂👇

At 1 year & 5 months, Noah is absolutely thriving in our countryside life! 🌿🐄💚

He’s surrounded by animals, fresh air, muddy adventures and so many little moments that make this life feel extra special. 🥰

🐄 Visiting the cows at his great-uncle’s farm
👕 Helping Mummy hang the washing… one peg at a time! 😂
🤸‍♂️ Loving his new trampoline… and even having Porridge join him! 🐈
🔓 Learning to open zips which means he can now escape his trampoline! 😅
🌿 Chilling in the hammock with his big brother.
☝️ Pointing at EVERYTHING as he discovers the world and finds new ways to communicate.
💦 And finishing the day splashing around in the paddling pool with big bro!

Watching him grow up surrounded by nature, animals and his brother is honestly one of my favourite parts of this new chapter. ❤️

Which of these Noah moments is your favourite? Tell me in the comments! 👇

🏡✨ THE HOUSE IS REALLY STARTING TO CHANGE!

Another big day on the renovation, and you can finally see things moving! 😍

A few windows have been closed up, the entrance has been moved to its new position, and Csaba has started working on all the pipes that will eventually run underground. Yesterday was A LOT of digging by hand… 😅 but today we’ve got a little digger helping us out! 🚜

And I have to say… I’m SO proud of Csaba. ❤️ He’s doing all the plumbing himself, figuring everything out as he goes, and putting so much time and effort into turning this old house into our home.

He’s also got a builder helping since Monday, plus an extra pair of hands today to help with making the concrete. Slowly, piece by piece, it’s all coming together. 🧱🏡

It’s messy, it’s hard work, and there’s still SO much to do… but watching the transformation happen is incredible. 🥹❤️

Follow along because this is only the beginning! 👀
And soon we’ll be taking you along for even more of the journey on YouTube! 🎥🏡

👉 Follow, share this reel and let me know in the comments: what part of the renovation would you most like to see next?
