You have written about this so many times you could recite it in your sleep. You know exactly where it comes from. You can trace it back through years, through the right people, the right rooms, the right frameworks. You have done real work. Serious work.
And it is still there. Unchanged. Waiting for you.
What I have watched, over and over, is this: the mind learns to use understanding as a substitute for feeling. The journaling, the processing, the returning again and again to the same situation creates the sensation of movement while keeping the actual thing at a safe distance.
The insight is not wrong. It just never made it past the words.
Because insight lives in language. And language is exactly where the loop operates. The moment something real gets close, the mind reaches for an explanation it already knows. Accurate, often.
Also the loop, continuing.
I built something around this.
You bring any text you have written. A journal entry, a message you never sent, notes from a conversation that would not stop circling. Or something someone else wrote that landed in you and has not left.
SubConText reads it in five layers. What the language reveals. What is not said. What the mind is protecting. What this costs. And one precise question your mind has been too busy circling to ask directly.
It does not fix anything. What it does is make the loop visible enough that you can stop calling the circling by the name of healing.
If this is you: €9.99. Two minutes.
