Avoiding people who constantly lower your energy is not arrogance. It is self care. You do not have to keep giving your time to those who leave you emotionally exhausted, make you question your worth, or bring chaos into a life you are trying to heal. Not every connection is meant to be carried forever. Some people enter your life as lessons, and sometimes the lesson is knowing when to walk away.

Protecting your peace does not mean you hate anyone. It means you have finally understood that your energy is valuable, your mind deserves calm, and your heart deserves spaces where it can breathe. As you grow, you begin to choose people who bring clarity instead of confusion, warmth instead of emptiness, and peace instead of constant tension.

You are not required to stay where your spirit feels heavy just to prove that you are kind. Sometimes, the greatest act of self love is creating distance from what repeatedly drains you and choosing the peace you once thought you had to sacrifice.

"E posibil ca rana ta să nu fie din vina ta, dar vindecarea ei este responsabilitatea ta"

Nu-ți mai plânge de milă, omule, pentru că o astfel de atitudine te împiedică să crești, să te dezvolți. Da, traumele pot fi și de la părinți, și de la alții, dar cei curajoși știu că au puterea să se vindece și, astfel, să vindece întregul arbore genealogic.

Unii stau, se plâng și dau vina pe ceilalți.
Alții, puțini, se apucă să curețe, să se schimbe, apoi constată cu surprindere că s-au schimbat și cei din familie.

Asta cu "da, dar practica e grea" o spun doar cei cărora le este frică de orice și preferă să rămână acolo, în rahat, și să dea vina pe alții.

Vindecarea este o muncă individuală și cere mult curaj. Iar cei curajoși nu se plâng, ei acționează.

Teoria este, pentru mulți, un paravan în spatele căruia se ascund, de unde doar aruncă vorbe și scuze. Pentru ei, să găsească probleme la fiecare soluție este ușor, este ce fac mai bine. Cei curajoși, care fac ceva, care acționează, care pun în practică ceea ce spun, vor ști să găsească soluție la fiecare problemă invită.

Amânarea este otrava care ne distruge visurile, bunăstarea și abundența la toate nivelurile. Liniștea și pacea aparțin celor curajoși, iar curajul nu este teoretic, este practic. E acțiune, e verb.

Ai curajul să ieși din spatele vorbelor și să treci la treabă?
