Компания «МедикаТур» совместно с Департаментом здравоохранения Москвы провела ознакомительный визит в Боткинскую больницу для представителей медицинского сектора из Абу‑Даби

Программа мероприятия началась с презентации клиники — участникам представили ключевые направления работы больницы, её возможности и стандарты оказания медицинской помощи. Сразу после презентации состоялась дискуссия о моделях работы клиники с иностранными пациентами: стороны обсудили протоколы приёма, организацию сопровождения, языковые сервисы и адаптацию процессов под запросы зарубежных гостей. Отдельное внимание уделили возможным форматам взаимодействия крупного столичного медучреждения с иностранными клиниками — в том числе партнёрским программам и телемедицинским консультациям. Далее делегация приступила к осмотру отделений и лечебных палат: гости оценили оснащение, организацию пространства и рабочие процессы, обсудив с профильными специалистами особенности функционирования больницы.
Насыщенная программа позволила увидеть, как в учреждении сочетаются современные медицинские технологии и устоявшиеся традиции. Завершился визит посещением исторической палаты, где в своё время находился на лечении Владимир Ленин, — этот финальный акцент подчеркнул уникальность Боткинской больницы как места, где переплетаются история отечественной медицины и актуальные практики здравоохранения.

The event program began with a presentation of the hospital — the participants were introduced to the key areas of the hospital’s work, its capabilities, and the standards of medical care. Immediately after the presentation, a discussion took place about the clinic’s models for working with foreign patients: the parties discussed admission protocols, the organization of support, language services, and the adaptation of processes to meet the needs of foreign guests. Special attention was paid to the possible formats of interaction between the large metropolitan medical facility and foreign hospitals — including partnership programs and telemedicine consultations. Next, the delegation proceeded to inspect the departments and treatment rooms: the guests assessed the equipment, the organization of the space, and the work processes, discussing with specialized experts the specifics of the hospital’s operations.
The intensive program made it possible to see how the facility combines modern medical technologies with established traditions. The visit concluded with a tour of the historic ward where Vladimir Lenin was treated in his time; this final highlight underscored the uniqueness of the Botkin Hospital as a place where the history of Russian medicine and current healthcare practices intertwine.
