The European Medical Center has started to conduct medical examinations of foreign citizens

Foreign citizens can undergo medical examination and receive the necessary documents for the migration service at the European Medical Center.

Medical examination is required for foreign citizens entering the territory of Russia for the purpose of a long-term stay for more than 90 days or for work purposes for a period of 30 days or more.

In accordance with the new procedure, medical examination is carried out for the presence or absence of infectious diseases that pose danger to others, HIV infection, as well as for the presence or absence of narcotic, psychotropic, new potentially dangerous psychoactive substances and their metabolites in the body.

The examination includes laboratory tests, a low-dose CT scan of the chest organs and consultations of four specialists: a dermatologist, a tuberculosis specialist, a psychiatrist-narcologist and an infectious disease specialist.

After receiving the results of the tests and examination, the specialists issue government issued documents “Medical report on the absence of infectious diseases that pose danger to others”, “Certificate on the absence of HIV infection”, as well as the physician statement of a psychiatrist-narcologist.

Medical examination, including the issuance of a certificate and a medical opinion, is carried out within a period not exceeding 5 working days from the date of passing the tests and the investigations. Medical examination documents are valid for one year.

Now foreign citizens have the opportunity to undergo examination and consultations at a European-level clinic, accompanied by a personal manager. When required, EMC provides translation and interpretation services to customers, as well as round-the-clock information support.

Since February, COVID certificate can also be obtained by foreign citizens and those who have been vaccinated with foreign vaccines.

To receive a QR code you should take a quantitative IgG antibody test for coronavirus.

A test that determines the exact amount of SARS-CoV-2 IgG immunoglobulin S-protein antibodies is available at EMC and is suitable for obtaining a QR code.

How a foreigner can get a QR code:

1. Before taking the test you must tell us your personal data: full name, s*x, number of passport or birth certificate, date of birth, e-mail.

3. Wait for the data for the certificate to arrive in "State Services" database. This process can take up to 3 days.
4. Contact the federal state information system "Single portal of state and municipal services" to download the QR code.
