Learn yoga next to the Holy River Ganga in the sacred city of Varanasi. Vishnu is a young but wise yogi who has been practicing yoga since childhood and completed his yoga teacher training at one of the elite yoga universities in South India. Now he would like to help you make the most of your stay in Varanasi by revitalizing your body and mind and helping you to understand the core principals of

yoga. Vishnu covers all the core aspects of yoga in his classes with time given to pranayama (breathing excercises) and meditation as well at asanas (yoga poses). His classes are fun and challenging and quite simply the best way to awaken and to close your day. Vishnu likes to conduct his morning classes along the Ganga River at Janki Ghat (close to Assi Ghat) whilst being able to view the magnificent sunrise. In the evening class the classes are held on the other side of the Ganga. Vishnu can also provide group classes in your guesthouse as well as private classes and lessons on more advanced yoga techniques.
