For anterior crowns,frame trial and pickup impression were taken.Orthodontic treatment was not performed; instead, the bite was slightly raised.Surgical crown lengthening was also performed on the entire upper dentition.

A única amaneira de atingir o contorno ao redor dos implantes é com a compressão protética. Existem muitas maneiras de fazer. Neste caso fizemos uma compressão vestibular para preservar a anatomia óssea original e assim manter a posição do tecido mole. Quanto este tipo de perfil é indicado? Quando o rebordo aparece no sorriso do paciente e quanto há uma boa faixa de queratina. Casos múltiplos funcionam melhor com me os implantes. Evite fazer implantes dente a dente quando a perda for dos quatro incisivos.

The only way to achieve gingival contour around implants is by prosthetic compression. There are several ways of doing it. In this case it was done buccal compression so we could preserve bone anatomy and maintain soft tissue position. When this kind of profile is indicated? Multiple cases when you have alveolar ridge appearing on patient smile and when you have good keratinized tissue. Multiple cases work much better with less implants. Avoid doing one implant by tooth in situations of four incisors loss.

Not all ceramic and zirconia primers are chemically the same 🧪➡️

Understanding the functional monomers within these materials helps explain why some primers bond more effectively to silica based ceramics, zirconia, metals, or composite substrates than others.

Key functional monomers include:
🔹 MDP → chemical bonding to zirconia and metal oxides
🔹 Silane → coupling agent for glass ceramics and silica containing surfaces
🔹 Sulfur monomers (VBATDT / Sulfur Methacrylate) → improved bonding to noble metals
🔹 BPDM → enhanced chemical interaction and durability
🔹 3D SR monomer → multifunctional bonding chemistry used in universal primers

Different primers combine these chemistries differently depending on their intended clinical application.
