These healthy cookies are made with just 6 simple ingredients, all in one bowl, and they’re the perfect snack to have on hand for you and your kids!

Crunchy on the outside, soft and chewy in the center, naturally sweetened, and packed with wholesome ingredients.

Makes 12 cookies:

Ingredients:

2 large eggs (or 3 small ones)
1 cup creamy almond butter
½ cup pure maple syrup
1¼ cups quick rolled oats
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup mini dark chocolate chips

Optional: 1 tsp cinnamon

Method:

Preheat your oven to 180°C.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond butter, and maple syrup until smooth.
Fold in the oats, baking soda, cinnamon (if using), and chocolate chips.
Scoop into 12 cookies on a parchment-lined baking tray.
Bake for 9–11 minutes (9 minutes for a softer cookie, 11 for a crispier edge).
Allow to cool slightly, then enjoy!

We’ve made health so complicated that we’ve forgotten what it’s supposed to do: help us live better, not smaller.

You don’t need to fear carbs, earn your meals, punish yourself after a weekend out, or chase perfection every Monday. Real health isn’t built by one workout or ruined by one dessert. It’s built by the habits you can stick to consistently.

Stop chasing “perfect.” Start building something sustainable.

Your morning coffee doesn't have to be something you "give up" to support your health.

Sometimes, it's the small tweaks that make the biggest difference.

Adding a healthy fat to your coffee can help make it gentler on your stomach, support a steadier caffeine response, and turn your daily cup into something a little more nourishing.

And no, this isn't about making coffee complicated—it's about working with your body instead of against it. ☕🤍

For the record, I still believe in breathwork, meditation, sunlight, movement, and all the wellness basics.

But I also believe that constantly stressing over food isn't healthy either.

Sometimes, thoroughly enjoying a cheeseburger with zero guilt is exactly what your nervous system needed. 🤍

If you're constantly craving something sweet, your body might not be asking for sugar. It might be asking for protein.

One of the biggest mistakes I see is skipping breakfast or starting the day with a high-carb, sugary meal. That blood sugar spike (and inevitable crash) sets the tone for cravings all day long.

Instead, aim for a protein-rich breakfast within an hour of waking. You'll stay fuller for longer, support stable blood sugar, and notice a huge difference in your energy and cravings.

Comment "BREAKFAST" and I'll send you some of my favorite high-protein breakfast ideas straight to your DMs! 🥚🥣

You can eat “clean,” work out, avoid sugar, and still feel exhausted.

Because health isn’t just about checking all the “healthy” boxes. It’s about whether your body is actually getting what it needs.
Sometimes fatigue isn’t a sign that you need more discipline. It’s a sign that you need more nourishment, more recovery, better sleep, balanced meals, or a deeper look at what’s really going on.

If you’re constantly tired, don’t ignore it or accept it as your new normal. Your body is trying to tell you something.

When it comes to fertility, I don’t start with rigid protocols or quick fixes.

I start with foundations that support hormones, energy, and cellular health, and I look at both partners, not just the woman.

Small, consistent support can create powerful shifts in the body.

Fertility works best when the whole system is nourished.

I've reached the age where a successful day is:

✔️ Went to the gym
✔️ Drank enough water
✔️ Got my work done
✔️ Stretched my neck at least once
✔️ Canceled plans and stayed home

Not exactly the wild life I imagined in my 30s, but honestly... I wouldn't trade the peace 😂🤍

If you’ve ever gone down the wellness rabbit hole, you know exactly what I’m talking about.

One minute you’re trying to make healthier choices. The next, you’re convinced your food, your water, your supplements, your cookware, and somehow even the air you’re breathing are all working against you.

The truth is, wellness has become so noisy that it’s easy to forget what actually matters.

You don’t have to optimize every single thing you eat or do to be healthy.

Eat nourishing food. Stay hydrated. Move your body. Get enough sleep. Spend time outside. Manage your stress. Repeat.

Don’t let the pursuit of “perfect health” steal your peace.

Because health isn’t about perfection, it’s about consistency. 🤍

Walking after strength training is one of the simplest ways to support fat loss, and most people overlook it.

You don’t always need harder workouts or more cardio.

Sometimes your body responds better to strategy + consistency.

Lift weights.
Go for a walk after.
Keep it sustainable 🤍
