تدين شبكة أطباء السودان الاعتداء السافر الذي تعرضت له منطقة "التميد" بولاية شمال كردفان وتعتبره امتدادا لسلسلة من الهجمات التي تنفذها الدعم السريع ضد المواطنين في المنطقة، والتي تهدف إلى بث الرعب والخوف في نفوس الأهالي ودفعهم إلى مغادرة مناطقهم وتهجيرهم قسراً، في انتهاك واضح لحقوق المدنيين وسلامتهم.

تطالب شبكة أطباء السودان بوقف جميع الانتهاكات والاعتداءات ضد المدنيين الذين لا علاقة لهم بالحرب، وتجنيب السكان المدنيين ويلات الصراع، كما تدعو المجتمع الدولي والجهات الإقليمية إلى ممارسة أقصى الضغوط على قيادة الدعم السريع لوقف هذه الانتهاكات وتحميلها المسؤولية الكاملة عن الانتهاكات والجرائم المرتكبة بواسطة قواتها بحق المدنيين.

تعرب شبكة أطباء السودان عن قلقها إزاء الأوضاع الإنسانية والصحية المتدهورة التي يعيشها مرضى الكلى بمستشفى البان جديد، في ظل الانقطاع المتكرر للتيار الكهربائي وعجز إدارة المستشفى عن توفير الوقود اللازم لتشغيل مولدات الكهرباء الأمر الذي يهدد استمرارية جلسات غسيل الكلى ويعرض حياة المرضى لخطر مباشر.

تؤكد الشبكة أن المستشفى يعاني من نقص حاد في الأدوية والمستهلكات والمعينات الطبية الخاصة بمرضى الكلى، بينما يواجه المرضى وأسرهم صعوبات بالغة في توفير مستلزمات الغسيل نتيجة الارتفاع الكبير في تكلفتها ما ينذر بتفاقم معاناتهم وارتفاع معدل الوفيات.

The Sudan Doctors Network expresses its concern over the worsening humanitarian and health conditions facing kidney patients at Al-Ban Jadeed Hospital amid repeated power outages and the hospital administration's inability to secure the fuel needed to operate electricity generators. This situation threatens the continuity of dialysis sessions and places patients' lives at immediate risk.

The Network confirms that the hospital is experiencing a severe shortage of medications, consumable supplies, and medical equipment required for kidney patients. At the same time, patients and their families are facing extreme difficulty in obtaining dialysis supplies because of their sharply rising costs, raising fears of worsening suffering and an increase in mortality.

The Sudan Doctors Network urgently appeals to the Ministry of Health, the relevant authorities, and humanitarian organizations to intervene immediately by providing fuel, medical supplies, and life-saving medications, and by ensuring that dialysis services continue without interruption, as they are an essential service that cannot be delayed. شبكة أطباء السودان: إضراب الكوادر الطبية والنقص الحاد في جرعات الكيماوي لمرضى السرطان أدى لتدهور الخدمات بمستشفى الذرة بمدني

يعاني مرضى السرطان بولاية الجزيرة من نقص حاد في جرعات الكيماوي جراء التدهور في الخدمات الصحية بمستشفى الذرة بمدينة ود مدني عقب توقف عدد من الكوادر عن العمل لعدم صرف مستحقاتهم لشهرين مما تسبب في نقص التمريض وتأخير العلاج حيث يمنح بعض المرضى نصف الجرعة ويحال لإكمالها بالقطاع الخاص.

تتأسف الشبكة للإهمال المتعمد من الجهات الصحية المختصة والذي أدى لتكرار الأزمة للمرة الثالثة خلال العام بعد توقف سابق للعلاج الإشعاعي واستمرار النقص في الأدوية والكوادر وتؤكد أن هذا التقاعس يهدد حياة مرضى السرطان ويحرمهم من حقهم في الحصول على العلاج والرعاية اللازمة.

أظهرت مقاطع مصورة من داخل مستشفى جبرة الشيخ اطلعت عليها شبكة أطباء السودان عقب استعادة القوات المسلحة السيطرة على المدينة حجم الدمار الكبير الذي لحق بالمستشفى حيث وثقت المشاهد تعرض الأقسام الطبية للتخريب والنهب، وتحويل المستشفى إلى مقر لقيادة العمليات العسكرية خلال فترة سيطرة الدعم السريع ما أدى إلى خروجه الكامل عن الخدمة وحرمان آلاف المدنيين من الرعاية الصحية.

The footage documented widespread vandalism and looting of medical departments, as well as the hospital's conversion into a military operations headquarters during the period of Rapid Support Forces (RSF) control. This resulted in the hospital being completely put out of service, depriving thousands of civilians of access to healthcare.

شبكة أطباء السودان: مقتل 10 أشخاص بينهم 5 نساء جراء استهدافهم من قبل الدعم السريع بمسيرة بطريق الصادرات

قتل 10 أشخاص مدنيين بينهم 5 نساء من أسرة واحدة إثر استهدافهم بمسيّرة تتبع للدعم السريع على طريق الصادرات غربي أم درمان أثناء توجههم لحضور مناسبة زواج ما أدى إلى احتراقها بالكامل ومقتل جميع من كانوا على متنها.

تؤكد شبكة أطباء السودان أن استهداف المدنيين ووسائل النقل المدنية يمثل انتهاكاً صارخاً للقانون الدولي الإنساني علما بأن الاستهداف تم بطريقة متعمدة عبر مسيرة موجهة القيادة وغير عشوائية مما يعكس حجم الاستهداف الممنهج للمدنيين بالمنطقة.

تدعو الشبكة المنظمات الأممية للقيام بدورها والضغط على قيادات الدعم السريع التي تعمل على التضييق على المدنيين واستهدافهم بصورة متعمدة تخالف كل الأعراف الدولية.

Sudan Doctors Network: 10 civilians, including five women from the same family, were killed after their vehicle was allegedly struck by a drone on the Export Road west of Omdurman while they were traveling to attend a wedding. According to the network, the vehicle caught fire, killing everyone on board.

شبكة أطباء السودان: أكثر من 200 ألف مواطن بينهم 20 ألف طفل غربي بارا يعانون من أوضاع مأساوية جراء انتشار الكوليرا والحصبة والنقص في الأدوية والمواد الغذائية

تعرب شبكة أطباء السودان عن بالغ قلقها إزاء التدهور المتسارع للأوضاع الإنسانية والصحية في مناطق غربي بارا بولاية شمال كردفان، حيث يواجه أكثر من 200 ألف مواطن بينهم أكثر من 20 ألف طفل، ظروفا إنسانية بالغة القسوة نتيجة النقص الحاد في الغذاء والدواء إلى جانب تفشي وبائي الحصبة والكوليرا.

وتشير المعلومات الميدانية إلى تسجيل أكثر من 100 حالة إصابة بالحصبة وسط الأطفال في عدد من المراكز الصحية، إضافة إلى 45 حالة إصابة بالكوليرا في ظل تراجع حاد في الخدمات الصحية وانعدام الإمدادات الطبية الأساسية.

تؤكد الشبكة أن عددا من المرافق الصحية يعمل حاليا دون أي إمدادات طبية من بينها "مستشفى طيبة الزعتري، ومستشفى أم كريدم، ومراكز صحية الشقيلة أولاد عوانة، وأم سعدون الناظر، وأم ضوبان، والمرة، والحاج اللين، ودميرة عبدو، والكوكيتي، والقاعة، وأم هجليج، ودويد، والشوق، وأم عشيرة، والنبدة".

More than 200,000 people, including over 20,000 children, are facing extremely harsh humanitarian conditions due to severe shortages of food and medicine, compounded by outbreaks of measles and cholera.

Field reports indicate that more than 100 cases of measles have been recorded among children at several health centers, along with 45 confirmed cases of cholera, amid a sharp decline in health services and a complete lack of essential medical supplies.

The Network confirms that several health facilities are currently operating without any medical supplies, including Taybeh Al-Zaatari Hospital, Umm Kridim Hospital, and the health centers in Al-Shaqila Awlad Awana, Umm Saadoun Al-Nadhir, Umm Dhuban, Al-Murra, Al-Hajj Al-Lin, Damira Abdu, Al-Kukiti, Al-Qaa, Umm Hajlij, Duwaid, Al-Shawq, Umm Ashira, and Al-Nabda.

The affected administrative units include Taybeh Al-Zaatari (approximately 50,000 people), Umm Kridim (50,000), Al-Mazroub (40,000), Umm Saadoun (30,000), Damira (25,000), and Al-Hajj Al-Lin (20,000), bringing the total affected population to more than 200,000 people.

The Sudan Doctors Network warns that the continued disruption of medical and food supplies, along with restrictions imposed by the forces controlling the area that prevent humanitarian assistance from entering, threatens to trigger a humanitarian and public health catastrophe that could lead to increased mortality, particularly among children and other vulnerable populations.

The Network urgently appeals to the United Nations, humanitarian and relief organizations, and the relevant health authorities to intervene immediately to deliver essential medicines, intravenous fluids, vaccines, and other medical supplies, as well as food and safe drinking water, in order to contain the disease outbreaks and save the lives of thousands of civilians in the affected areas.

شبكة أطباء السودان: مقتل 25 من الكوادر الطبية بشمال دارفور و20 طبيباً بينهم أربع طبيبات ما زال مصيرهم مجهولاً بالفاشر

منذ اندلاع الحرب في السودان في أبريل 2023، ظل العاملون في القطاع الصحي في مواجهة مباشرة مع أطراف الصراع حيث واصل الأطباء والكوادر الطبية تقديم الخدمات العلاجية للمواطنين تحت ظروف بالغة القسوة شملت القصف والاشتباكات والحصار ونقص الإمدادات وقد دفع العديد منهم حياتهم ثمناً لالتزامهم برسالتهم الإنسانية أثناء عملهم في إنقاذ المصابين ورعاية المرضى في مناطق النزاع.

ووفقا لتقرير أعده فريق شبكة أطباء السودان فإن ولاية شمال دارفور شهدت استهدافاً واسعاً للكوادر الصحية، حيث بلغ عدد قتلى الكوادر الطبية بالولاية خلال الفترة من 15 أبريل 2023 وحتى اجتياح الدعم السريع للفاشر 25 كادرا طبيا من العاملين بالمجال الصحي كما كشفت الشبكة عن وجود 20 طبيباً بينهم أربع طبيبات محتجزين بمدينة الفاشر ولا يزال مصيرهم مجهولاً منذ اجتياح المدينة بواسطة الدعم السريع.

وشملت قائمة القتلى من الأطباء والاختصاصيين والصيادلة حسب طريقة التي قتل بها إلى:
1- علي مجد طالب الدين أحمد — اختصاصي، مدير مركز التدريب المهني المستمر — اغتيال.
2- وليد فاروق — اختصاصي صحة عامة، منسق برنامج التراكوما بالوزارة — دانة.
3- د. صفاء عبدالرحمن حامد — اختصاصي ثاني مختبرات طبية بالمستشفى الجنوبي — دانة.
4- يحيى سنين محمود حماد — طبيب صيدلي بمستشفى كبكابية — تعذيب.
5- التجاني إبراهيم دلوم — طبي صيدلي — طلقة طائش.

تؤكد الشبكة أن فقدان هذه الكوادر يمثل ضربة كبيرة للقطاع الصحي في شمال دارفور وهي امتداد لقائمة ضحايا الكوادر الطبية منذ انطلاق الحرب في أبريل 2023 والتي بلغت أكثر من 235 كادر طبي ما بين قتيل ومفقود.

تعتبر الشبكة أن حماية العاملين في المجال الطبي أمر ضروري لاستمرار تقديم الكوادر الطبية لتقديم خدماتهم في مناطق الصراع كما تطالب الشبكة الدعم السريع بالكشف عن مصير المحتجزين بالفاشر، والسماح للكوادر الصحية بأداء واجبها بعيداً عن الاستهداف والانتهاكات.

Sudan Doctors Network: 25 Medical Personnel Killed in North Darfur, 20 Doctors, Including Four Women, Missing in El Fasher

Since the outbreak of the war in Sudan in April 2023, healthcare workers have been directly confronting the consequences of the conflict. Doctors and medical personnel have continued to provide essential healthcare services to civilians under extremely harsh conditions, including bombardment, armed clashes, sieges, and severe shortages of medical supplies. Many have paid with their lives for their unwavering commitment to their humanitarian mission while rescuing the wounded and caring for the sick in conflict zones.

According to a report prepared by the Sudan Doctors Network, North Darfur has witnessed widespread targeting of healthcare workers. The report states that 25 medical personnel were killed in the state between April 15, 2023, and the Rapid Support Forces’ (RSF) takeover of El Fasher. The network also revealed that 20 doctors, including four women, were detained in El Fasher, and their whereabouts have remained unknown since the RSF seized control of the city.

The list of doctors, specialists, pharmacists, and other healthcare personnel killed, categorized by the reported cause of death, is as follows:

1. Ali Majd Talib al-Din Ahmed — Specialist and Director of the Continuing Professional Development Center — Assassinated.
2. Walid Farouk — Public Health Specialist and Trachoma Program Coordinator at the Ministry of Health — Killed.
3. Dr. Safaa Abdel Rahman Hamed — Medical Laboratory Specialist at Southern Hospital — Killed.
4. Yahya Sanin Mahmoud Hammad — Pharmacist at Kabkabiya Hospital — Tortured to death.
5. Al-Tijani Ibrahim Daloum — Pharmacist — Killed by a stray bullet.
6. Mutawakkil Bakri Mukhtar — Nutrition Specialist at Zamzam Health Center — Assassinated.
7. Ali Musa Issa — Nutrition Specialist at Zamzam Health Center — Assassinated.
8. Dr. Mahmoud Bakr Idris — Physician at Zamzam Health Center — Assassinated.

According to the network, the total number of medical personnel killed or reported missing has now exceeded 235. The network emphasizes that protecting healthcare workers is essential to ensuring the continued delivery of medical services in conflict-affected areas. It also calls on the Rapid Support Forces to disclose the fate of the doctors detained in El Fasher and to allow healthcare personnel to carry out their humanitarian duties without being targeted or subjected to violations.
