Which audio therapy should I choose: the original Personal Healing Matrix or the upgraded one, 9 Chakra Powers?

It depends on what you want to achieve with sound therapy, that is, on the condition you are treating.
Both healing matrices use the same technology and transmit the DNA code from the image you provide us, 'reminding' the body of the state it should aim for in its regeneration, that is, the formation of new cells and crystals.

The original Personal Healing Matrix targets the energy center Bindu (corresponds to the pituitary gland) and results in an increased speed and quantity of correct, healthy new tissue cells (and crystals), which contributes to a visibly younger appearance (for example, the skin) and the tone of the external tissue, let's also call it: rejuvenation, and revitalization of internal organs. The inner, subjective feeling is most often described by recipients as 'freshness'.

9 Chakras Power is a matrix filtered by the frequencies of energy centers (which correspond to the endocrine glands), and in addition to the effects already mentioned, it additionally stimulates the work of large energy centers, which additionally results in the correction of the work of the digestive subsystem, the exchange of matter and energy, the flow and filtering of blood and lymph, the brain and nervous system, pranic channels, and smaller energy centers and glands. The purpose of the photographic tasks in the workshop is multifaceted.

Connecting with the body or part of the body, giving attention (and energy: love) to a certain part of the body - we just use many parts of the body, without paying attention to them. A lot of people are not even aware of their body or parts of it.
Recognizing, valuing, accepting, loving... the process is both mental and energetic one.

You also develop a feeling for how others perceive you, that is, what you communicate to the environment, how you affect your environment - this is very often significantly different than what women think about themselves and their appearance.

And the important thing is that certain parts of the body, or zones on the body, are directly connected with different aspects of human life and we can use them for analysis, but also for transformation.
For example: our legs carry us forward through life, but they also give us agility and the ability to maneuver, they cross or jump over obstacles.
Or: the abdomen, or more precisely the organs in the abdomen, serve to process and transform energy, exchange matter and energy, convert what has entered us into something else, incorporate it into us, and throw out the excess, release harmful substances (energy)... or retain what is actually not good for us.
A woman is a multidimensional being.

Have fun while observing and photographing your body, create a presentation or some form of recognition that celebrates, shows admiration and gratitude for a particular part of the body.

It is very powerful to photograph the body 'raw', naked, as it is naturally at a given moment. But the creation process, which includes make-up, accessories, scene, lights, is also very empowering.

Some ladies sent me ingenious artistic photos, some very fun and creative, some sent phenomenally erotic photos.

I'll remind you again: you don't have to send me your photos, this is your process and it's important that you feel free to engage and play with yourself, your body, without shame and without fear, feel free to exclude me from your process.
