Hello Everyone,

It’s been a little while since we’ve released a new meditation, so we're happy to share this one with you.

After the wonderful response to the Vagus Nerve Meditation, we’ve created a new Nervous System Regulation Meditation inspired by the wisdom of the four seasons and life’s natural rhythms.

Released around the time of the Summer Solstice here in Europe, this meditation explores the cycle of rest, growth, expression and reflection that exists throughout nature and within ourselves.
