Hej!! I’m Sydney, an American lady living here in Gothenburg, Sweden. 🌞 Thanks for heading over to this new space, it’s been a long time coming :) In more recent years, I’ve felt a deep calling into the realm of birth work, but I didn’t know how exactly that was going to unfold. And then, like many others, the flame that sparked it all: my own postpartum journey. I’ll get into that story another time - since then I’ve been trained as a postpartum doula and earned a certification as a breastfeeding specialist. Guided by the principles of deeply nourishing whole foods, my approach is centered on holistic well-being. I’m very excited to share this journey and to be on the front lines of this important work, bringing more awareness to the increasing postpartum support available here in Sweden.
