”Card games, which probably originated in China, first reached Europe in the 1300s. Tarot was one of the first European examples, a trick-taking game with a high number of trumps. Renaissance tarot decks are experiments in play, and in expense, as they aim for the most lavish elaboration and tantalising imagery. Yet beneath their mystique, there are four suits of numbered cards – cups, coins, staves and swords. The suits we’re more familiar with – diamonds, clubs, spades and hearts – were invented in Renaissance France and took off all over Europe because they were easier to reproduce. They reached Italy by the 1590s, to judge from Caravaggio’s painting The Cardsharps in which a cheat appears to have the four of clubs and seven of hearts hidden behind his back.”

It was a nice innocent game played by Renaissance courtiers, often featuring strong women. Why were these artistically dazzling cards given a black magic makeover that endures to this day?

Johanna bjöd in mig och kunder till en Tarotsalong med bubbel 🥂och tilltugg 🍇 på Centrum för introduktion till urgammal berättarmagi via Tarotkorten tillsammans runt ”lägerelden.” Kortens arketypiska symbolvärld gav oss speglingar gällande livsfrågor, möjligheter och utmaningar vi ställs inför under vår resa genom livet. Vi valde att fokusera på det tema vi alla har gemensamt - den stora stadsflytten. Resultatet syns på bilden. Det kommer gå riktigt bra. På köpet kommer vi Kirunabor kollektivt gå igenom en ”personlighetsutveckling” lite mans. Vi tittade på möjliga blockeringar som kan försvåra övergången - det kom upp att det lätt kan bli överdrivet positivt och nästan aggressivt glättigt med flytten vilket känns lite sådär. Rådet som läker - att faktiskt våga tillåta sorg och melankoli när vi tar avsked, reflekterar och börjar om, utan riskeras ses som neggiga bakåtsträvare. Att få ha 2 känslor samtidigt, och ändå vara OK. Möjligt resultat - det ser onekligen väldigt bra och fruktbart ut att landa i allt det nya. Men när den första smekmånaden är över kommer ett nyktrare uppvaknade och saker ses mer i sitt rätta ljus. Allt går alltid att förbättra 👍

Vi bekantade oss med stora och lilla arkanan (betyder hemligheter). Kvällen väckte nya tankar och gav även svar på outtalade frågor som lurade under ytan visade det sig. Det fina med symbolvärlden, man behöver inte uttala allt, den fungerar ändå. Det dök upp andra sätt att se på det som kommer, lite som en tredje samtalspart som kommer in med ny kreativitet, nyfikenhet och någon liten överraskning. Vi gläntade på nya dörrar och hela gänget gick hem lite gladare och mkt rikare på tankar om det vi står inför 💖 Det var en riktigt trevlig Tarotsalong 🤗 Om jag får säga det själv som Tarotuttolkare❣️

Till alla mina chagafrälsta vänner. Lagom är bäst. 1 Mirakelmedicin finns inte. Det är i helheten och systemet som läkning finns. Oxalater är jobbigt för njurarna.

”Renal function decreased and hemodialysis was initiated. Renal biopsy specimens showed diffuse tubular atrophy and interstitial fibrosis. Oxalate crystals were detected in the tubular lumina and urinary sediment and oxalate nephropathy was diagnosed. Chaga mushrooms contain extremely high oxalate concentrations. This is the first report of a case of oxalate nephropathy associated with ingestion of Chaga mushrooms.”

Resultaten kan förklaras av att D-vitamin inverkar på kroppens motståndskraft och infektionsreaktioner. Samtidigt ökade ändå risken för att falla bland de äldre personerna.” 🇫🇮🇫🇮🇫🇮sisu till alla äldre!

Vitamintillskott ledde till mindre luftvägsinfektioner.
