FAREWELL CLASS TONIGHT! 18:30🙏 Be there! We Appreciate the Ride! ---Dear Sigtuna, we went through a lot together. This amazing ride has been worth every minute! Every yoga class, every tear, every dollar, every customer, every business meeting, every hard decision, every dip, every mid-night work session, every long talk, every orange cut, every floor mopped, every towel folded, every person who walked in the door and rolled out their yoga mat, and every personal triumph!✨It has never been about winning or losing, or getting ahead. It has always been about making a difference.✨To make a real difference, there is always pain and it is okay to cry. We learned more lessons than you can imagine. (Thank you life). The hard part is to pick yourself up and get back in the saddle, and begin again. What matters is that you use your dreams to move yourself forward, and at some point in life, you have to let go of what holds you back and choose to fly. ✨Thank you or creating a community that everyone loves.💜 Love you Sigtuna! Wow. I love seeing this list! Both tears and joy. I have something to say about these amazing people - I have something to tell them. Actually, I have something to share about everyone in our community, but I must start with Johan Kjell.

I have always felt in my bones that you would make an AWESOME yoga teacher....and that one day, people would line up around the block to hear your story, to hear you teach. I only know a small part of your story and I hope that you find the power to believe just how inspirational you are. You will forever have a soft-spot in my heart. From your Nike pants (the ones with the big hole on the leg) to me saying "Johan, lift your head" in class - - I know that your inner teacher is waiting to come out. NO ONE (let alone a man) comes to yoga (especially w/me) without being committed to something important in life. How amazing that Pia (your wife) is #5 on this list! You guys rock! I can’t thank you all in Sigtuna for what wonderful work you all have done. Truly the work that have bin created with in PYS (our home) is up and beyond what i ever could imagen when I walked in the doors September 2012. The mentorship the friendships and all the growth of my own life, and what I have bin witnessing the growth and transformation of many more how walked in thru our doors.

Its all a big thanks to Angela Ryden with a dream and supporting family and a bit just a bit of her stubbornness/ feistiness she made Power Yoga Sweden come thru.

No more then less it have not bin just a dance on roses but all cred to Angela and her husband Kris that spend endless hours on making the studio go around.
Not only do they do they make sure that the studio is in top shape for the past years they have bin dog watchers, open their house letting people sleep on their sofa (me included) , being the best mom and dad to two amazing kids helping out with homework and still showed up every day thru the door to be of service.

what I have experience in Sigtuna I will never experience anywhere else it was almost magical not just almost but it truly magic. The magic of creating greatness. Where am now I only have all of you guys to thank. Thank you for letting me testing my teacher wings , thank you for being there when I was in my dips , thank you for supporting me to literally move across the globe ! I thank our community for being the change in the world and stand in our own power !

I could not wish for more love and support that I got from all of you ho helped me get on my biggest adventure of my life.

I can’t be in for PYS closing in person but I always have the humbleness for what have bin created under this roof, with in these walls and its with heart ace I can’t be there one last time…

But there is nothing but love for Power yoga Sweden it will always be my home !!!

How can it be that we only have 3 classes left before closing? Today, I am really sad yet trusting this process. Please join me tonight as we begin again. Kl 19:30. Soon a new chapter will begin......and I want to stay connected w/ each of you. 🙏I have worked tirelessly to build this community - from passion, hard work, little money, amazing friends, energy, courage and determination to help upgrade the world through yoga.....one person one community at a time. (I always believed that if I could do it in Sigtuna, I could do it anywhere. I always believed that the people who walked through my doors would be the people I would grow with. I still believe this today)✨Right now, a bigger path is unfolding....it is what I have been manifesting. (And working my ass off to create). So friends, It doesn't matter where you are....or how long you've been away from your mat....or all the s**t you have been through......or all the excuses you keep telling yourself.....or all the blame and judgements you put out.....or all the hard lessons you have encountered.....Pick yourself up.....put yourself into action.....and BEGIN AGAIN. ✨ Trust that beginning again....is EXACTLY what is needed. ✨If you have burned out, or in a rut, or depressed, or scared, or feel that you are not good enough....try "easy".
