Former 400m and 800m runner. Former Irish U17, U18 and U19 400m Champion
Former Irish U23 800m Champion
During this time I was also a training partner to World Championship and Olympic athletes. Currently, I take part in 10km and Half Marathons and came third place in the Midnight Sun Run in Reykjavik Iceland 2017.

Coaching
Since 2015 I have been the running coach to Stockholm Frontrunner. This entails planning two weekly training sessions which is tailored to inidividuals from beginner to advanced level. In 2016 I took a Running Coach course with Urban Tribes which I use to compliment my own running experiences and coaching style.
