Sometimes I receive questions about Ta***ic and with that Ta***ic Groups in Europe. I think the topic is difficult to approach in any depth when only dealing with social media or monologues. Yet, one answer I have given to some recently is this ...
With so much 'western' talk and different cultural perspectives, these type of questions, I think, necessitate sincere communication and active listening. (certainly not in a monologue when being discussed nor can it be so easily deconstructed) Perhaps it is best to define ta**ra first for yourself and what ta**ra is for you, to define what your parameters are before engaging. I do not want to take on the role of instruction or information via social media dialogue. I can suggest that if you have great interest in Ta**ra from a metphysical / mind - matter scope that searching, exploring, reading, questioning, experiencing etc. Some would say that Ta**ra is an Indian Cult yet Hindus, Buddhists and Jains share Tantrik ideas. Ta**ra could be said not to be a religion or 'a way of thought' yet it can be a psychological hook or salepersons' hook for people who are disillusioned or unhappy in what they believe to be 'their world'. ( But that could be a good begin point yet that disillusionment may be caused by someone's continual untruth to themselves.) From a distorted Western view, Ta**ra has dealings with fantasies which is contrary to the reality of Ta**ra: there is very little in western education or tradition or thinking that prepares one for the effort. It takes effort and sincere willingness to extend your own cultural thought patterns which permit a sense of remaining secure within that culture. Yet there are those who have a sense of depth and willingness to see not as a landscape through which everyone moves with their present mind idea of reality ... projections; it is far greater than a Western Idea of 'an Indian Cult of Ecstasy or simplified rituals with no depth or integrity. With that, Ta***ic certainly is conducive to more international and inclusive personalities. Some may want to or have 'experience / experienced a depth of beyond the ego individualisation / gratification that prevents the depth of experience and thus progression. Perhaps the mere fact that you ask such a question, puts you on a path of willingness to explore or it may be the ego in a game of superiority or trickery. To me, that does not matter what another's purpose is when dealing within this context. What matters is a process of depth, learning, sincerity increasing. For you, that is for you to define. ☺️ May you approach life with curiosity and an open hand that neither grasps nor tries to contain.
