What an incredible journey across Australia and New Zealand. 🇦🇺🇳🇿

I feel incredibly privileged and grateful to have trained 27 talented surgeons in the Preservé technique.

To every surgeon who joined my courses — thank you for your time, curiosity, openness and thoughtful exchange. Teaching is always a two-way process, and I have learned so much from each of you. It was a true pleasure to meet you, work alongside you and share our passion for advancing breast surgery.

A very special thank you to Live Healthcare and the entire team around Casey Mayes and Kristen Fornasari for the incredible care, warmth and attention to detail throughout the tour. You made every step seamless and genuinely enjoyable. ❤️

Thank you also to Motiva Asia, especially Jing Jing Guo, John Liljequist and Jo Potter, for your trust and for inviting me on this very special journey. It is both a responsibility and a privilege to share the Preservé technique with colleagues committed to continuously improving patient care.

✨ A beautiful transformation, and an even more beautiful story. ✨

This lovely mother of two came to me after previous abdominal hernia surgery had left her with a vertical scar, loss of her umbilicus, and significant changes to her body following pregnancy.

Her customized Mommy Makeover included:

Never stop learning.

Grateful to be in Barcelona attending the ISAPS Body Contouring Course, surrounded by some of the brightest minds and most talented surgeons in the world. There is always something new to learn, and the best way to grow is to keep challenging yourself and learning from the very best.

It’s also been wonderful to reconnect with friends and colleagues from around the globe, sharing knowledge, experiences, and a common passion for advancing our field.

As a bonus, the city is buzzing with the excitement of the Tour de France, making this inspiring week even more memorable.

✨ Breast Implant Removal – Simple Explant (No Lift, No Replacement) ✨

One of the most common questions I get is: “What will my breasts look like after implant removal without a lift?”

This lovely patient chose a simple implant removal only, with no lift and no replacement. She wanted to return to her natural shape and avoid any additional scarring or reshaping procedures.

At 6 months post-op, the tissues have fully settled, and we can now see her natural breast shape after explantation. Every result is unique and depends on factors like skin elasticity, implant size, and how long the implants were in place.
