Part III — The Follow Up.
A few months later, Mattias is back at SLS.

This time, it’s about seeing what has actually changed.
The follow-up showed positive changes in both knees, including areas where the cartilage appeared thicker than before.

There’s still more time before the full result can be evaluated — but for now, the progress is encouraging.

A journey like this isn’t always a straight line. This is simply the next chapter.

Can a nerve get trapped?
Nerves need space to move and glide through the surrounding tissue.

But scar tissue, fibrosis or other restrictions can sometimes tether a nerve and contribute to irritation and persistent symptoms.

One approach we use is ultrasound-guided hydrodissection — creating separation around the nerve with the aim of reducing tethering and improving its ability to glide.

Sometimes, it’s not about adding more.
It’s about creating space.

Professional hockey player Gustav Stjernberg .stjernberg was dealing with an injury and searching for answers. He was told he was too young for surgery—but that still left one important question:

What do I do now?
Gustav kept looking for a way forward.

Your body is constantly communicating.

Exosomes are naturally released by cells and carry proteins, lipids and instructions to other cells. Think of them as tiny biological packages, helping cells communicate throughout the body.
