There are some things we often wish to just "eliminate" or fight against. Stress is a common one from individuals' perspective. Resistance (to change) is another one. Resistance can be very stressful for many us.
Yes, fighting change and resisting it is stressful 😣. To make it easier for us to deal with let's look at the other side of the coin. What's something, underlying positive about our (sometimes subconscious) resistance?
is inevitable, but resistance to change isn't always a bad thing. Instead of fearing it, let's embrace it as a valuable part of the process.
Resistance can:

📎Highlight underlying issues and concerns.

📎By understanding and addressing resistance, we create a more balanced, thoughtful, and resilient path forward.
So, don't resist resistance—use it to build a stronger future. It's really about how we lead resistance and how prepared we are. Don't fear it. But also don't use it as a power tool to prevent you from growth!
