As prep gets tougher, posing becomes more demanding on the body, especially through the spine, hips, and shoulders.

During this session, we worked with who is a pro female bodybuilder to improve her rotational mobility and movement control, helping her pose with better flow, positioning, and confidence on stage.

This prep is for her upcoming competition in the NPC Regional 🙏🫡
