What Do I Value Most in a Team?
When I think about the people I want to build with for the long term, I don't look only at experience or current ability.
I look at attitude.
Skills can be developed. Experience can be gained. Knowledge can be learned.
What matters more to me is whether someone is willing to learn, take responsibility, work with others, and continue growing when things become difficult.
I value people who remain open to learning, take ownership of their work, respect those around them, and don't give up easily when challenges arise.
A strong team doesn't need everyone to be exceptional from day one.
What matters is having a shared direction — and the willingness to keep becoming better together.
Ability may determine how fast you can go.
Attitude determines how far we can go together.
To me, that is one of the greatest strengths a team can have.
