You can choose to do it at the comfort of your home. Session are both live & livestream.

June will see us move through and past the first half of 2026, how have things been going for you? There has certainly been much going on in the world to stimulate fear & anxiety. Anything that we can do to embody calm, courage & care in these types of times can really make a difference, both to ourselves, & to the world around us!

This of course is why One Heart exists, to provide a refuge & sanctuary to re-center, heal, & re-generate, returning to the world stronger & with more capacity.

Giving your children the gift of Reiki is really a life long gift of healing and self-responsibility. After the Workshop, the children would have Reiki in your palms for life.

Reiki works on many levels as it is essentially an energy balancing tool. Often when we get ill or injured it is because we are run down, stressed and out of balance. When we recharge with Reiki we are bringing our body back into equilibrium, and when we are balanced we are energized, our immune system is strong, and we have a clear focus. Many parents have told me that Reiki has helped their children sleep, become calmer!

This session is all about healing the heart centre. It heals and releases the emotional pains and scars that are deeply seated within us, in our heart, that can hold you back from giving, receiving or experiencing love. Boon will be playing the Crystal singing bowls aid clearing, and to release any energy blockages in your body as well.

At One Heart, we teach the Usui-Tataka method which requires no belief, religious or spiritual background. Anyone can be activated to have the flow of Reiki in their hands. There is plenty of time to ask questions and experience Reiki for yourself in this workshop.
