in a NATIONWIDE annual program featuring Walking Football Physiological Training for Seniors in their 60s to 90s.

Championing walking football for seniors across Singapore, offering a low-impact, minimum contact, no-tackles, no-running sport designed to improve cardiovascular health, mobility, and community engagement.

Benefits of walking football for Seniors: Gentle on joints, improves balance and coordination, prevents falls, and builds mental acuity.

Championships: Held annually, including a national finals event with participants from North, South, East, West and Central Clusters all over Singapore, involving more than 19+ centers.

Our 2025 NTUC Health's 1st Seniors Championship was a great success!
