Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Tired but Wired session 🌙💛

Together, we explored the connection between stress, the nervous system and our ability to rest, restore and reconnect with ourselves. Through gentle movement, breathwork and mindfulness, participants created space to slow down, release tension and cultivate a deeper sense of calm. ✨

Over the session, participants experienced:
🌿 A calming yoga practice with Katie to support relaxation, body awareness and nervous system balance
🧘‍♀️ Mindfulness and breathing techniques to help quiet the mind and create a greater sense of inner ease
📖 Insights into how yogic practices can support us through times of stress, change and emotional overwhelm

💚 "Thank you so much for another wonderfully restorative yoga class! I love the breathwork, calming poses and meditation along with your tips and tricks for better sleep and getting back to sleep. I slept so deeply last night! 💤" - Chantal, NSW

💚 "I absolutely loved Katie’s Tired but Wired class. As a busy working perimenopausal mum, I often feel exhausted but struggle to switch off and get to sleep especially when I wake at 2-4am so this class felt like it was made for me! Katie creates such a warm, caring and safe space, with practical tips, breathing exercises and acupressure techniques to help manage stress, unwind after work and settle down for sleep. I left feeling calmer, more relaxed and with simple tools I can use in everyday life. Highly recommend!" - Maura, NSW

Thank you to everyone who joined us live, shared their energy and contributed to such a meaningful experience. At Thrive Journey, we believe wellness is something we cultivate together through connection, practice and community. 💫

Next month, we’ll continue supporting women through every stage of life with our upcoming Yoga for Egg Freezing session — a gentle and supportive practice designed to help women navigate their fertility journey with greater calm, awareness and connection. 🌸

If you missed the live session, the recording is available for members to revisit and enjoy.

Fertility wellness isn’t about finding one perfect solution. 🌿

Your reproductive health is influenced by many factors and everyday habits can be one part of creating a supportive foundation for your wellbeing.

From getting enough restorative sleep to nourishing your body, moving in ways that feel supportive and making space for mindfulness, small and sustainable practices can help you feel more connected to your body and your cycle.

And importantly, supporting fertility doesn’t have to mean putting pressure on yourself to do everything ‘right’. Your fertility journey is personal and there is no one-size-fits-all approach.

Our latest article explores the foundations of fertility wellness, including cycle awareness, nourishment, movement, sleep, stress management and how holistic practices such as yoga and mindfulness can support your overall wellbeing. 🤍

Save this post as a reminder: small, consistent acts of self-care matter. 🌸

Are you currently undergoing fertility treatment? Yoga for Egg Freezing is a great way to nurture yourself and your body as you navigate this important life journey. 🩷

Yoga for Egg Freezing is a special live session of gentle yoga hosted by our Senior Yoga Teacher at Thrive, Hwee Hwee Koh.

It will take place on Sunday, September 27 at 3 PM (SGT).

During the session, Hwee will share her personal experience on why she chose to freeze her eggs and how she prepared for it in both body and mind.

Why join Yoga for Egg Freezing?

For women and future mothers, fertility yoga is a gentle way to nourish your womb. Yoga for Egg Freezing will help you prepare for getting healthy and fertile ahead of the egg freezing stage. 🧘🏽

What’s involved in the session?

Yoga for Egg Freezing involves a range of relaxation techniques with Yoga Nidra and breathwork. It supports the phase of injections (2 weeks). As injections are a painful process, the session involves no movement, just relaxation to help you feel grounded and balanced. 🙏🏾

Modern motherhood often centres around caring for your baby – but far less attention is given to the mother's own postpartum recovery. 🌿

Beyond the physical healing, many new mums carry an invisible load of constant decision-making, emotional labour, interrupted sleep and the pressure to "do it all." Over time, this can quietly impact energy, emotional wellbeing and overall health.

That's why postpartum wellness is about so much more than bouncing back.

In our latest blog, we explore:
🌿 What postpartum wellness really means
💛 Why nourishment is essential after birth
🧠 How the invisible load of motherhood affects recovery
✨ How ancient Ayurvedic wisdom offers gentle, practical support for modern mothers

This isn't about striving for perfection or adding more to your to-do list; it's about creating small, sustainable rituals that help you feel supported, nourished and cared for.

If you're navigating early motherhood or know someone who is, this is a reminder that mothers deserve care just as much as their babies.

As part of Thrive & Unwind this month, we’re exploring Nurture: A Modern Guide to Pregnancy, Birth, Early Motherhood—and Trusting Yourself and Your Body by Erica Chidi. 🌿

Whether you're preparing for pregnancy, navigating early motherhood, supporting someone you love or simply interested in women's wellbeing, this book offers a reassuring and empowering perspective on one of life's most transformative journeys. ✨

Blending evidence-based guidance with emotional support, Erica Chidi encourages women to reconnect with their intuition while embracing the physical, mental and emotional changes that come with pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

At its heart, the book reminds us that there is no single "right" way to experience motherhood. Instead, it encourages us to trust our bodies, honour our unique journeys and approach this season with confidence, compassion and self-awareness. 💛

One of the key messages throughout the book is that feeling informed and supported can help us navigate uncertainty with greater calm, rather than striving for perfection or comparing ourselves to others. With Erica Chidi’s guidance, explore how motherhood can be nurtured through:

🤍 Building trust in your body and its innate wisdom
🌿 Preparing for birth with knowledge, confidence and flexibility
🧘‍♀️ Supporting emotional wellbeing throughout pregnancy and postpartum
✨ Creating moments of rest, connection and self-care during life's biggest transitions

Rather than viewing pregnancy and early motherhood as something to simply get through, this book invites us to slow down, tune in and embrace the experience with curiosity and grace.

Whether you're expecting, in the early stages of motherhood or simply passionate about women's health and holistic wellbeing, Nurture is a beautiful reminder that caring for yourself is just as important as caring for others.

💬 What does "trusting your body" mean to you? We'd love to hear your thoughts and reflections below. 🤍

Let's read, reflect and grow together. 🌷

When did you last wake up feeling truly rested?

If you’re struggling with sleep right now, you’re not alone.

For many women, exhaustion becomes the “normal” – but your body isn’t designed to run on empty.

Sleep is one of the most powerful ways to support your hormones, restore your energy and protect your wellbeing. 🌿

At Thrive, we help you build simple, sustainable habits that support rest, balance and energy through every stage of life.

Because thriving starts with how you care for your body – especially when no one else is watching. 🤍

✨ What’s affecting your sleep most right now?

Workplace stress is often seen as something we just “manage” individually – but for many women, it’s becoming a much deeper wellbeing issue. 🌿

Long hours, emotional labour, high performance expectations and constant cognitive load can slowly affect energy, focus and emotional balance over time.

That’s why corporate wellness is becoming increasingly important.

Not as a workplace perk, but as a structured approach to supporting employee wellbeing in a sustainable way.

In our latest blog by , she explores:
🌿 What corporate wellness actually means
💛 Why women are disproportionately impacted by workplace stress
🧠 How stress affects energy, health and performance
✨ Why this is becoming a key conversation in modern workplaces

This isn’t about working less; it’s about working in a way that supports long-term health, balance and performance.

If you’ve ever felt like workplace stress is quietly affecting your wellbeing, this is must-read.

For the moments when breastfeeding feels harder than you expected…

Sore, sensitive or cracked ni***es are incredibly common in early motherhood – but that doesn’t make these issues any easier to navigate.

The first month after birth is one of the most profound transitions in a woman’s life. Yet it is often met with expectation, pressure and very little structure for her recovery. 🤍

It’s not a time to push. Not a time to perform. But a time to nourish.

Our new blog is a calm, practical guide designed for the fourth trimester, when everything feels new, tender and overwhelming.

Inside, you’ll find gentle guidance on:
🌿 What’s normal in the first 4 weeks
💛 How to support emotional + physical recovery
🧘‍♀️ Simple daily practices when you have no time or energy
✨ How to create structure without overwhelm

Because support this season shouldn’t feel complicated; it should feel like holding space for yourself.

💬 If you’re a mother (or have been), what do you wish you were told in your first month?

Self-care in motherhood doesn’t always look the way you might think. It isn’t always a bath, a walk or a full hour to yourself. Often, it’s smaller than that. Quieter. More fragmented. 🌿

It might look like:
💛 Taking five minutes to breathe before the day begins
🌿 Choosing movement that supports rather than depletes you
🧘‍♀️ Letting your body soften, even briefly, between demands
✨ Remembering that you are still in there, too

At Thrive Journey, we create space for those small moments.

Our supportive classes and programs are designed for women navigating real life, offering gentle ways to rebuild strength, regulate stress and reconnect with your body, even in the middle of everything else.

No pressure. No perfection. Just small, consistent ways to come back to yourself. 🤍

And if you’re in this season right now – you’re not alone in it.

💬 What does “taking care of yourself” look like for you these days?

We’d love to hear where you’re at.
