I am truly so thankful for this free incentive trip to Chong Qing — not just for the destination, but for everything it represents. 🥹

Last year and this year may have come with many challenges, moments of doubt, tiredness, and times where things did not go as planned. But this trip reminded me that when we continue to put our heart into what we believe in, stay consistent, and genuinely enjoy every moment of the journey… the results will eventually follow.

Sometimes the greatest reward is not just the achievement itself, but the growth, the people we meet, the memories we create, and the person we become along the way.

This is a reminder to keep going, keep believing, and keep showing up with heart.

POV: your kids become unpaid bwl brand ambassadors because they genuinely love the products

At this point, I don’t even need to explain the products anymore…they are doing the pitching for me

Watching your child struggle with eczema is really something only parents will understand…

The scratching.The bleeding.The constant worrying if something triggered it again.

There was a period where I felt so helpless seeing his skin flare up again and again 😔

We slowly started changing a few things, focusing more on his skin barrier and overall wellness instead of only covering the symptoms.

It was not overnight.It was not perfect.But seeing him slowly feel more comfortable in his own skin again, less trigged means everything

Exam season is honestly the period where I become EXTRA kiasu about my kids’ health 😂

Because somehow during exams…
kids sleep less, get stressed easier, eat irregularly and EVERYONE around them suddenly starts coughing

I am not even asking for 100 marks already
I just want them healthy enough to go school consistently and survive the exam period properly

These are the 3 things I personally focus on during this period:

✨ LB30 Probiotic
→ because gut health & immunity support matters more than we think

✨ Immugain
→ my extra support during hectic/stressful periods

✨ DHA Fish Oil
→ for growing brains that are working overtime during exams

Of course supplements are not “magic” ah
Sleep, proper meals and rest still important.
But as a mum, these are some small things I do to better support their body during busy periods ❤️
