*Important Update*

I am officially working with a fitness company, which will gradually reduce my daily travel frequency and allow me to further develop my knowledge and skills as a fitness coach.

Effective 1 July 2026, please note the following updates for House-Call PT sessions:

- No special rates for East area locations.
- Training schedules must be planned and confirmed monthly.
- Renewals must be made with a minimum balance of 3 PT sessions remaining to secure weekly bookings.
- Rehabilitation, Pre and Post-Natal Training rates will be revised.

Post-Natal Training Policy 📌

Clients undergoing post-natal massage treatment are strongly encouraged to complete the recommended back-to-back massage sessions before resuming Personal Training.

This allows adequate time for recovery, healing, and physical rebalancing after childbirth. Recovery remains the priority before introducing additional training demands.

Should a client choose to proceed against Coach Emy’s professional recommendation, Coach Emy will not be held responsible for any related discomfort, complications, or outcomes. If the recommendation is not adhered to, Coach Emy reserves the right to discontinue or terminate the training arrangement in the interest of client safety.

It’s never too late to wish all my clients a Happy Mother’s Day, because Mother’s Day isn’t only about a specific date like 10th May — it’s about appreciating the love, strength, and sacrifices of every mother every single day.

Being a mother means learning to stay strong while managing my children’s lives, controlling my temper, staying patient, trying my best to be present, and avoiding unnecessary conflicts. These are the greatest things I can show my children through my actions.

Coming from a broken family and becoming one myself, I haven’t celebrated Mother’s Day for many years. But today, I choose happiness. Being healthy enough to care for my children and cook for them on this special day is already the most precious gift and moment for me. ❤️

Thank you dear Aud 🤍

I know not everyone will see things the way I do - in coaching or even in life. Some might think I’m a bit dramatic, some might feel I care too much about my clients.

But honestly, when someone pays for sessions, it’s trust. Trust that a coach will look after their body well and be responsible for their progress. So of course I feel it when I can’t deliver as planned, that’s why I’ll always try to make up for it and make sure every session counts.

Thank you for always supporting me - not just in coaching, but in life too. And for celebrating my birthday in advance 🥹 it really means a lot.

Exercise has many well-known benefits that have nothing to do with burning calories. It can help reduce depression, enhance muscle tone, strength, and flexibility, lower insulin levels, improve digestion so your body absorbs nutrients better, boost motivation, and simply make you feel good.

However, none of these benefits will last if exercise is viewed as a punishment. When movement feels forced or used as “payment” for food, people are far more likely to give up after just a few weeks.

That’s why I always emphasize that exercise is more than just burning calories. Together, we will find ways for you to move your body that feel enjoyable, sustainable, and truly good - both physically and mentally.
