One thing I truly appreciate about YL essential oils is how intelligently they work with the body. You do not have to overthink which oil to use, your body knows exactly how to respond.

TINGLING IN YOUR FOOT IS NOT NORMAL… IT’S AN EARLY WARNING

If you feel tingling, pins and needles, or slight numbness in your foot… most people ignore it.
It doesn’t feel like real pain.
So they wait.
But that’s where the mistake starts.
That sensation is often the first sign that your sciatic nerve is under stress.
The problem usually begins in your lower back, especially around the L4–L5 level. When pressure builds on the nerve root, it affects how signals travel through the nerve.
At first, it doesn’t feel like pain.
It feels like tingling.
But that’s your nervous system telling you something is wrong.
If the pressure continues, that tingling can turn into:
Pain
Burning sensation
Numbness
And once it reaches that stage, it becomes much harder to deal with.

The World Health Organization says the #1 anxiety that people are facing right now is.. feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or constantly on edge.
Honestly—no surprise, right? I think we’re all feeling that way lately.
Let’s explore what’s happening in our body when we feel stressed.
🧠 Your cortisol (your main stress hormone) gets out of sync.
Did you know that cortisol naturally fluctuates all day long? Our cortisol level is heavily influenced by our environment, sleep quality, and the constant pressure of daily life.
From the body chemistry perspective:
Essential oils don’t actually force cortisol down by themselves. They work UPSTREAM by calming your nervous system first.
And that’s actually more powerful.
What does this do?
✔ Shifts you out of fight-or-flight
✔ Helps your brain register SAFETY again
