Keep your blood glucose levels under control to prevent diabetic eye diseases such as cataract, diabetic retinopathy and glaucoma. Have your eyes checked by an ophthalmologist once a year and go to the hospital if you experience redness, headaches or blurry vision.

Farrer Park Hospital is three years old!

On this day, 108 years ago in 1911, the first flight of the Bristol Boxkite biplane took off at Farrer Park.

The birth of Singapore’s aviation industry @ Farrer Park resonates with us. It shows that with persistent hardwork, clear vision and unshakable integrity, humble beginnings can culminate in the achievement of a bold reality.

16 March holds great significance to us as it not only marks our humbled beginnings 3 years ago, but also represents our vision and desire to achieve greater heights in the healthcare industry.

We thank you for your constant support and we are definitely encouraged to continue to do our best for our patients, our staff and our doctors.

Patients who need to see our ophthalmologists on an emergency basis can contact our staff at 68872020 or 64432020 24-hours a day.

If they have other non-eye emergencies, they can attend the 24-hour emergency service at Mount Elizabeth Hospital or Farrer Park Hospital.
