Struggling with weak or painful knees? 🦵

Here are some of the go-to exercises we use with our clients to build stronger, more stable knees and reduce the risk of future injuries.

1️⃣ Patterson Step Down
A great exercise for building control around the knee while strengthening the quadriceps. It helps improve balance, single-leg stability, and can be useful for those dealing with patellar tendon or knee pain.

2️⃣ Elevated Heel Goblet Squat
By elevating the heels, we can place more emphasis on the quadriceps while allowing for a deeper squat position. This helps build strength through a larger range of motion and improves knee capacity.

3️⃣ Bulgarian Split Squat
One of the best lower-body exercises for developing single-leg strength, stability, and coordination. It challenges the muscles around the knee while also improving balance and athletic performance.

4️⃣ TKE Split Squat (with Resistance Band)
The resistance band encourages active knee extension, helping to strengthen the VMO and quadriceps while improving knee control throughout the movement.

5️⃣ Spanish Squat
A fantastic exercise for loading the quadriceps with minimal stress on the knee joint. Often used in rehabilitation to improve tendon health, reduce pain, and build strength.
