“Happiness is spiritual, born of truth and love. It is unselfish; therefore it cannot exist alone, but requires all mankind to share it.” ~ Mary Baker Eddy

Express kindness, compassion, encouragement and love, in ways that uplift the people around you. Watch that naturally expand when shared with others. (Conversely, watch that happiness shrink as you attempt to hoard it.) It's a gift that enriches not only the lives of others, but also your own.

💟
I know how to share happiness.

“The love of the family, the love of one person can heal. It heals the scars left by a larger society. A massive, powerful society.” ~ Maya Angelou

Recognise that genuine care, acceptance, understanding, and connection can restore hope, belonging, and emotional well-being in ways that reach the deepest parts of us. Even the love of a single person can remind us of our worth and help transform pain into healing.

💟
I know love heals.

“One of the secrets of a long and fruitful life is to forgive everybody everything every night before you go to bed.” ~ Bernard Baruch

To forgive means choosing, again and again, to release what weighs you down so that you can rest in greater peace, compassion, and emotional freedom. Exercising it as a daily practice of letting go, allows you to move through life with a lighter heart and a deeper sense of well-being.

💟
I know how to forgive.

“Learn to get in touch with the silence within yourself and know that everything in this life has a purpose, there are no mistakes, no coincidences, all events are blessings given to us to learn from.” ~ Elisabeth Kübler-Ross

View life through the lenses of a grateful and reflective heart. See that life's blessings are often found not only in what brings joy, but also in the hidden gifts, insights, and opportunities that help us evolve into who we are meant to become.

💟
I recognise the blessings in my life.

“Sometimes our light goes out but is blown again into flame by an encounter with another human being. Each of us owes the deepest thanks to those who have rekindled this inner light.” ~ Albert Schweitzer

Be open to receiving kindness, support, wisdom, and love from people who remind you of your own strength and worth. There are times when our spirit feels dimmed by challenges, loss, exhaustion, or discouragement, and that little spark of saving grace often comes through connection with others. Be open, be gracious, be thankful.

💟
I know how to allow my inner light to rekindle.

“While you are proclaiming peace with your lips, be careful to have it even more fully in your heart.” ~ St. Francis of Assisi

Authentic peace begins within and naturally radiates outward into our relationships and the world around us. Even when life is challenging, our thoughts, words, actions can still be aligned with compassion, acceptance, and inner calm, when we have cultivated that deep within ourselves.

💟
My heart is at peace.

“A grateful heart is a beginning of greatness. It is an expression of humility. It is a foundation for the development of such virtues as prayer, faith, courage, contentment, happiness, love, and well-being.” ~ James E. Faust

A deep sense of connection to something greater than ourselves helps us recognise and appreciate the blessings already present, and what fills a grateful heart and opens us up to the flourishing of greater happiness.

💟
I know what a grateful heart feels like.

“We must become bigger than we have been: more courageous, greater in spirit, larger in outlook. We must become members of a new race, overcoming petty prejudice, owing our ultimate allegiance not to nations but to our fellow men within the human community.” ~ Haile Selassie

See our shared humanity before our differences, recognise that every person deserves dignity, understanding, and respect. Have courage to not only stand up for what is right, but also being willing to outgrow limiting beliefs and open our hearts to a larger sense of connection with / understanding of / compassion for others.

💟
I have the courage to overcome petty prejudice.

“Relationships are eternal. The 'separation' is another chapter in the relationship. Often, letting go of the old form of the relationship becomes a lesson in pure love much deeper than any would have learned had the couple stayed together.” ~ Marianne Williamson

Let go, honour what was shared, accepting what is ending, and allow both people the freedom to continue their own journey and growth. It does not mean that the connection has failed, but simply means that the relationship has evolved in its form and expression. (Applies to all kinds of relationships~)

💟
I know how to let go.

“You do not stop losing power by refusing to recognise your fear, by anaesthetising yourself to what you feel. The road to authentic power is always through what you feel through your heart.” ~ Gary Zukav

Be willing to stay present with your emotional truth (including/especially discomfort). Allow it to move through you in awareness rather than being numbed or controlled. This space of honest truth is powerful, as you engage with your inner reality rather than driven by avoidance or illusion.

💟
I know what authentic power feels like.
